    "ARTS, BEATS & GUNS"

    in Entertainment

Tonight, on 'The Boiler Room,' we'll take a look at the arts within the community. Whether they're musicians, painters, writers, or any other form of art: why are artists regarded on a lower status than the engineer, lawyer, or doctor? Then, guns: although many support the right to have them, what would be the limits? Should children be exposed to them? What's the best way to handle them safely? Forat Kuza, instructor of Action Impact Firearms and Training Center, will be live to discuss the good and the bad in regards to guns and gun safety. Then, politicians within the community are scarce: but should we support a Chaldean politician even if
we don't agree with their views? Tune in tonight at 8PM. Call in at 347-857-3847 with questions or comments!

Urban Therapy with Sun #118 Guns Or No Guns With Brother Mac Of L.O.A.N

    in Lifestyle

Some people say that there is no reason to ever own a handgun. Others say that handguns are necessary to protect yourself from criminals that own handguns. It seems that much of the controversy is centered around handguns but not rifles but is that the way that it always was?

This week we will have Brother Mac of The Legacy of a Nation Show as our guest. Brother Mac is a former Green Beret of the U.S. Army and an Army medic.
We will discuss some of the ways that guns have affected our society from a Black perspective and how it came to be that crimes with guns in Black neighborhoods have become the focal point for gun control.

Do we deserve to be targeted? Should we be held responsible for most of the gun laws that have been implemented by legislation?

Are penalties for gun crimes more harsh for Blacks than they are for other ethnic groups?
What about spree killings and mass murders? How do we fare with those crimes compared to other ethnic groups?

Are you afraid of guns and should you be?
What should be the factors that would influence a person to purchase a gun?

Who is able to purchase and own guns?

Are guns the best means for the protection of your family? What are some other options?

What would this world be like if there were no more guns? What was it like before there were guns?

Be sure to check this show out as we discuss these things as well as many other issues concerning how to protect ourselves whether it's by guns or not.

Christians and Guns: Sin or not?

    in Religion

Christians and Guns: Sin or not?

Is it sinful for a Believer in Christ to own firearms? Is the right to keep and bear arms a God-given right? Does keeping a firearm for self-defense mean that you don't trust God for your protection? If someone threatens you or your family with grave bodily harm or death, is it sin to use a gun in defense? If you kill in self-defense, is that murder? Does "turn the other cheek" mean you should allow yourself or someone in your family to be gravely injured or killed? Join us every Sunday at 10am EST on Real Talk Radio! Call 661.449.9951 to listen live or press one to comment live.

    Girls Just Wanna Have Guns

    in Politics Conservative

Today if you want to empower a woman, put a gun in her hand. The confidence from learning to shoot a firearm is far superior to anything one could ever imagine and it’s genuinely better than any gender studies course taught on college campuses today.

A gun in a woman’s hand is her best chance of survival. Despite government attempts to institute greater gun control on American citizens we’ve seen a dramatic increase in gun ownership, especially among women… women who have taken it upon themselves to rely upon no one but themselves.

A team of acclaimed filmmakers are producing a movie with Regis Giles, who has the website of the same title. Girls Just Wanna Have Guns will be a 90-minute documentary motion picture, intended for all audiences that will serve as a wake-up call to all Americans.

GUTS, GUNS, SHERIFFS AND SOVEREIGNTY WITH AMERICA'S SHERIFF RICHARD MACK

    in Radio

    FIRST HOUR: RICHARD MACK

    Sheriff Richard Mack (Ret)

    www.cspoa.org

    www.sheriffmack.com

Sheriff Mack is best known for challenging the Brady Bill, a gun control scheme requiring local law enforcement to perform background checks on prospective gun purchasers. He maintained that the Federal Government had no authority to command local officials, and became the first sheriff in American history to sue the Federal Government (under the Clinton administration) and win at the US Supreme Court. The case was based on the Tenth Amendment, states rights and local sovereignty.

Mack is the son of an FBI agent and began his own law enforcement career as a street cop in Provo, Utah. After graduating from BYU in 1978, Mack became an officer with Provo P. D. He was soon promoted to corporal, sergeant, and detective. He spent one year as an undercover narcotics agent. In 1988, Mack moved home to Arizona where he ran for sheriff. He was elected Graham County Sheriff and served as such for eight years. It was during this time – in 1994 – that federal agents informed all sheriffs that they would be required to work for the Federal Government under the mandate of the Brady Bill, and Mack's court case began. Since that landmark ruling Mack has written seven books and appeared at over 120 Tea Party rallies nationwide. He has stood against the incursions of the Federal Government and has fought for civil rights from Hawaii to Bangor, Maine.

He is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) and is on the Oath Keepers Board of Directors.
