Scott Sewell will join us to tell us all about his upcoming book, THe Belle's of The Creek Nation! A new publication from Backintyme.biz by Scott Sewell. An intriquing family saga of Muscogee Creek Doyle and Hill Families, some who attended the Asbury Missionary Institution near Ft Mitchell Creek Nation. The Poarch Creek Band, The Dominikers, Lumbee & Creek Indians. Very exciting new book with lots of genealogy, pictures, original artwork, and documentation! Some of the families migrated to Texas and then onto self migrate to the Creek Nation, Indian Territory. Sewell is the coauthor of Indians of North Florida by Backintyme.biz as well as a member of the Melungeon Heritage Association. Scott cowrote with Cousin Steven Pony "Hill" author of Backintyme's Stanger's in Their Own Land. Where they chase the history and migrations of the Cheraw Indians from Robeson Co., NC, and the Creek Indians from Union Co., SC. Sewell and Hill document how these people found their home in North Florida's Calhoun, Jackson and Holmes Counties and became known as the Dominikers. Including the Goins, Collins, as well as Lumbee connections to the Oxedines and Revels and the Redbone associated Sweat Families.

Another sad day for the Berrien County prosecutor Mike Sepic and Judge Sterling Schrock, who teamed up fought together to convict Rev Pinkney with no evidence, absolutely no evidence only in America:
Several people from the Three Oak and New Buffalo communities both 99.9 white, have contact Rev Pinkney about one such juror.
The hatred in Gail Freehling eyes and her expressions as she sat on the jury was plain to see, especially when Rev Pinkney was testifying.
Was she a plant, placed on the jury for the purpose of thwarting justice/ one must wonder. Indeed , how could a person be convicted , as was Rev Pinkney with no evidence?
If ordinary people of any color are to realize true justice, Gail Freehling and those like her, should not participate in a racially sensitive court case
Tonights guest is John Knight at Big Oak Wolf Sanctuary , we would love you all to join us at 8 pm eastern time
Lavender Hill had a first on September 14, 2014. Corwin and Phil got to host their very first live-in-the-studio-musical-performance. Otter Creek, a folk duo from Utah, were in Nebraska to doa show in support of PFLAG-Hastings. They came into Lincoln to visit on the air with Corwin and Phil. Peter and Mary Danzig are long time allies to the LGBTQ community and have gone so far as to leave their Mormon faith because of their deeply rooted convictions that all love is equal.
This edition of the Hill features Otter Creek's music exclusively. Live and recorded, several tracks and back story on the music are available throughout the program. Mary and Peter were accompanied by their three daughters and Andrew Callahan from the Hastings, NE PFLAG chapter. Andrew also left the Mormon church because his beliefs on marriage equality, gay rights, and related issues were in conflict with the church.
You can learn more about Otter Creek and purchase their music through their website: www.ottercreekduo.com.
