The Parachute Project, designed by Joss Rowlands and John Breeze, was born from a co-leading experience during the prestigious Coaches Training Institute’s Leadership program.
In keeping with their own greater purpose of bringing co-leadership into the world, Joss and John work with leadership partners to help them embrace the experience of creating meaningful relationship, collaboration and intimacy. This opens them up to the joy of co-leadership, which expands their own influence as leaders in their own worlds.
John Breeze is a recovering engineer who’s now in his fourth (or so) career and believes he may have finally got it right! John trained with the Coaches Training Institute’s coaching program, then embraced the Leadership program. He’s been involved in various ways with the coaching and leadership community in the last five years and was recently recruited into the Co-Active Leadership Co-Ambassador team. John works with business owners and creative self-directed professionals, helping them harness their unique strengths and talents to build a thriving business and take responsibility for their lives.
Joss Rowlands is a CTI coaching grad, CPCC, and Co-Active Leadership grad. Her focus is self-mastery in the areas of intensity, complexity and drive. She brings the results (and mis-steps) of this to mentoring coaches and leaders in transition. Joss embraces the concept of Leaders holding responsibility for their worlds, while noting that these self-same words promote diversity and individuality and a greater need for the inter-dependence of spirit.

Joe Alton, also known as “Dr. Bones the Disaster Doctor”, is a medical doctor and Amy Alton, also known as “Nurse Amy”, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner and a certified nurse midwife. They are medical preparedness experts and the authors of the #1 Amazon Bestseller in Survival Skills, Disaster Relief, and Safety/First aid, “The Survival Medicine Handbook”, a guide for when medical help is not on the way. They have just published a brand new 2ndbook about survival medicine.
Besides their book, the Altons produce a weekly podcast called the “Survival Medicine Hour” and have a YouTube channel named “drbonespodcast”. The Altons are also contributors to magazines like Backwoods Home, Survival Quarterly, and others.
Their website at www.doomandbloom.net has over 400 posts on medical readiness and is one of the top survival sites on the internet. In addition to their medical credentials, the Altons are associated with the Master Gardener program for their state, with emphasis ongrowing food and medicinal herbs. They have Ham Radio licenses, and raise tilapia as a food fish in South Florida.
The Altons are popular speakers throughout the country in their role as survival medicine experts. Their mission: To place a medically self-reliant caregiver in every family or mutual assistance group before a disaster occurs.
Sam Deep is not affiliated with the MSOL program, but he has been invoved in the same mission as MSOL for many years - training and raising up a new generation of leaders. Sam joins John today to talk about his life's work and mission, and his Leadership Academy that trains leaders in corporations and in open seminars all over Western Pennsylvania. Sam Deep launched his leadership development career in 1986 after 15 years of teaching and administration at the University of Pittsburgh. Since then, he has spoken in front of more than 200,000 people, his 16 internationally published books have sold well over one million copies in 14 languages, and his last four audio tapes were featured on USAirway's EntertainAir.
Sam's ideas about management have been quoted in newspapers and magazines throughout the country as well as on CNN-FN, CNBC, and WGN Radio Chicago. He served as an adjunct professor of leadership and strategy at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business from 1998 to 2006. For eight years, he hosted "Following the Leader," a weekly radio program on KQV in Pittsburgh that focused on building better corporate leaders. His current consulting services include executive coaching, leadership development, team building, and strategic planning. His Sam Deep Leadership Academy equips emerging leaders for future responsibilities.

Marita Fridjhon, MSW, ORSC Certified, PCC, CPCC, is the co-owner and CEO of the Center for Right Relationship Global. She designs curriculum and operates training programs in Relationship Systems Work for coaches, executives and teams. She has an international mentor coaching practice of individuals, partnerships and teams. Her primary focus in coaching is on systemic change, leveraging diversity, creative communication, deep democracy in conflict management and the development of Learning Organizations.
