Join Bob and Mara to be reminded how valuable you are-ENOUGH
We seem to focus on what we are not, the goals we have not accomplished, rather than the ones we have reached. If you are feeling down, it is OK to sit down and recognize your strengths. You will be amazed how quickly God, your ever present companion will join with you in reciting your strengths if you say I AM before each strength, whatever order you like, as long as you include I AM:
I AM A GOOD FRIEND OR A GOOD FRIEND I AM
I AM A GOOD MOM OR A GOOD MOM I AM
I AM A GOOD DAD OR A GOOD DAD I AM
I AM A HAPPY PERSON OR A HAPPY PERSON I AM
I AM A GOOD WORKER OR A GOOD WORKER I AM [be sepcific]
I AM A GOOD CITIZEN
I AM KIND
I AM ENOUGH TO HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR
I AM ENOUGH
I AM GROWING ....
Amazing how this exercise can remind you of your value and Loving You is vital to You Being All You Can Be.
I thought I was Somebody until SOMEBODY made clear I was NOBODY which HURT until I remembered EVERYONE IS SOMEBODY. You, me--EQUAL & ENOUGH.
Be gentle with Your thoughts of others ( and You).
Be gentle in Your words about others---See more than they are showing.
Be kind-- it be-comes You and encourages others to be-come the persons You see.----Mara 2012
Namaste` [ We salute Your inner Divinity---It's Showing]
When will we be fed up with the bare minimum in our communities? We don't know our neighbors, we don't want to be involved in the activity in our communities, we kill each other, don't want to give one another information, don't want to come together for the better of the community. So we ask...When is Enough...Enough?!!
Intro to Info host Mikeisha and her opinionated panel challenge Billboard's 10 Greatest Rappers of All Time.
There is a voice, which I would bet you’re familiar with… That voice tries to convince “me” that I am not enough. It most often goes beyond trying as it can do a very good job at making me feel inadequate: not enough money, not enough pleasure, not enough food, not enough love! “Let’s face it;” says the voice, “you’re flawed material, damaged goods: you’ll never amount to anything!”
It is that demeaning, cruel and relentless voice that I could put “in off.” Indeed, when the abuse stops, it feels soooo good! Here is to a change of perspective: what if that very voice that makes me feel small and ashamed would actually be the emissary of enlightenment? Think of it: what is enlightenment? Isn’t it to stop suffering? Isn’t it to fulfill our potential? How would I/we allow ourselves to make the decision to walk towards and then enter such “Promised Land,” unless we had the opposite experience? More...Tune In.
Our meetings last one-hour & are structured as follows:
1. The first 5 minutes: Welcoming, Checking In. taking a moment of silence.
2. The next 10 minutes: Ritual readings.
3. The last 45 minutes: Introduction of a topic. Group Sharing & Inquiry, Summary / Ritual Closing.

As We Sit Down With "Mix Master Ice" From "UTFO"
UTFO (which stands for Untouchable Force Organization) is an old-school hip hop group, popular in the 1980s, that was mentored by the contemporary R&B group Full Force. The group consists of the Kangol Kid (Shiller Shaun Fequiere), the Educated Rapper (Jeffrey Campbell) (also known as EMD), Doctor Ice (Fred Reeves), and MixMaster Ice (Maurice Bailey). The group's best-known single is "Roxanne, Roxanne," a widely acclaimed and hip-hop classic, which created a sensation on the hip-hop scene soon after it was released and inspired numerous answer records, most notably by Marley Marl's protégée Roxanne Shanté. "Roxanne, Roxanne" was originally the B-side of the lesser-known single "Hangin' Out." Because of personal issues, the Educated Rapper was absent for its second effort, Skeezer Pleezer (1986), which produced one notable track with the song "Split Personality." EMD was, however, on one album track, "Pick Up The Pace", also featured in the movie Krush Groove. In 2008, “Roxanne, Roxanne” was ranked number 84 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop.
