Une lecon de Bible par Emma Curtis Hopkins.
Is it possible for an 8 foot 800 pound animal to just dissapear right in front of your face? Is it possible for something to change the way it looks so it blends in? Could Sasquatch have the ability to do the same thing and that's how it has avoided us? Or is there a logical explanation to something that is just plain naturel and not super naturel/
You may remember in the remake of The Parent Trap, in which a pair of twins (two Lindsay Lohans!) go on a camping trip with their dad and evil stepmom-to-be, Meredith Blake. The entire time, Meredith is dressed to the nines: full face of makeup, perfectly coiffed hair. Being in the middle of the woods but looking like she just stepped out of the salon is meant to convey how villainous she is.
Nobody wants to be a Meredith Blake on a camping trip. But there’s a big difference between high-maintenance, low-maintenance, and no maintenance. I’ve done the latter on many a camping trip (ratty gym T-shirt, chapped lips, and greasy bun). The result: I unintentionally photobombed every beautiful waterfall and mountain that I so carefully posed in front of. But you can be fresh-faced, au naturel, and still put together without much effort. Now I stick to these low (really low) maintenance tips, and pack just a few beauty essentials, so that I can show friends and family my vacation photos without having to cover myself with my thumb.
We boomers have always had a thing with our hair. We grew it long, we put flowers in it, and we let it flourish “au naturel” on our legs and underarms. We even took starring roles in a long-running Broadway musical named after this much loved part of our bodies.
Well, thanks to Pat Wynn Brown, hair is still our thing! Pat is the creator of HAIR THEATER and performs her “hair-larious” shows across the country. She’s also the author of two books, Hair-A-Baloo: The Revealing Comedy and Tragedy On Top Of Your Head and Momma Culpa: One Mother Comes Clean and Makes Her Maternal Confession.
But Pat is now focusing her multi-talents on two very special projects. She’s created and is producing “The Hairdo Monologues: When Monsieur Chemo Styles Her Hair” and is busily spearheading “The Hair Theater Wig Fund.” Plus, she has a two-minute video to tell you about these two very important ventures.
For sure, you won’t want to miss this lively discussion with a one-of-a-kind hair-raising gal. So plan to tune in a meet the hairy one herself: Pat Wynn Brown!
On this episode of "Doc Talk", I'll be discussing several popular packaged and processed foods that most of is think are healthy and nutritious, but they are really not good for us. Yogurt, hummus, canned beans and bottled water are just a few of the the foods on my list,

With the market saturated with beauty products it is quite confusing for most of us men and women to decide and choose the right item that could help us take care of our body. Some of us remember how simple our mothers lives seems to be when they went to naturely use fruits, vegetables and spices to take care of our hair. our skin and even some of our illnesses. We can look back at how much healthier we were in the days of life "Au naturel". Could we go back to that era ?
