How do we manage the multi-tasking efforts within a diverse field of aggression? How do fire-fighters manage their efforts? It seems the best course of action would be to create a "firebreak" or boundary to contain the fire from spreading further. Then it would be wise to neutralize the most volatile areas by removing any incendiaries or accelerants. Sometimes electrical power or the flow of air will fuel a fire and must also be eliminated. Whenever groups of people present risks for our future safety, it would seem reasonable to separate ourselves from them. We should be armed and ready to defend ourselves and our property. Any materials that may be used by our enemies, such as electric, water, and food must be curtailed or eliminated. Fighting fire with fire might be worth remembering when the time arrives.
The Dr. Kim Show...Racial Profiling and Legal ethics in America! Today in the studio... it is the time for us, each in America, to change the world. We have the power within ourselves to do what must be done to make tomorrow a better day. I write these words as a call to all peoples to see themselves, find their personal light, and shine brightly. God did not create mankind for hate, destruction, and separation. God is now calling us, each of us, to inspire the change in the world that is needed. We must unite! We must stand together as one family! There is only one race…the HUMAN RACE!

Multi-dimensionality, sounds complicated and confusing, but is it?
What does it mean to say we are Multi-Dimensional beings?
Can we really traverse time?
How does this infleunce our daily lives?
How can we use this to our advantage?
People often talk about being multi-dimensional beings, so much so that it is one of the catch phrases we often use but rarely understand. And yes, it is true, but what does multi-dimensional consciousness really mean?
As human beings ~ in the physical realm ~ our bodies, and our minds are the nexus point for the convergence of many different aspects of consciousness, none of which are limited to any given point it time. In fact, time itself is an illusion ~ a construct of the mind.

This week on Roundtable with Stephanie Robinson, Stephanie takes on the controversial theory of “acting white” its context and its implications in our so-called ‘post-racial’ America. It will cover the recent book of the same name while discussing its provocative theme that racial judgments are not just based on skin color, but on how a person conforms to behaviors or stereotypes associated with a certain race.
Joining us to sort this contention out are law professors Devon Carbado and Mitu Gulati, co-authors of the book Acting White?: Rethinking Race in Post-Racial America, Professor Paul C. Taylor, and media and political strategist Ron Christie. Together we will discuss race, roles and stereotypes in 21st century America.
It is time to gather at the Roundtable as Stephanie Robinson delivers hot topics, deep talk and a little bit of uplift. Roundtable with Stephanie Robinson... pull up a chair.
F.A.R. will discuss the subject of ethnic identification. We will discuss which ethnic name we feel Black people should embrace and which ones we should reject. We will also discuss whether or not bi-racial people are Black and where they fit in the discussion of how we identify ourselves as a nation. As always, the discussions are from an Afrikan-centered persepctive.

Yes, I had to shout-out Vel Lewis regarding his multiple talents! Keyboardist, Organist (actually, a multi-instrumentalist), Composer, Arranger, Producer and Vocalist - guess I need not explain further ;)
Our versatile and unstoppable guest was born in The City of Brotherly Love - and it didn't take long in his professional life for other artists to demonstrate how MUCH they DID love Vel Lewis. While still VERY young, he was asked to join a televised Jazz program in Philadelphia. This led to studio work - and it paved the way for an association with Ira Tucker, Sr., lead singer with the Dixie Hummingbirds. Vel found himself on the Paul Simon song, "Love Me Like a Rock" and on Stevie Wonder's "Jesus Children of America."
Meanwhile, Vel was in a group that was growing in popularity - The Futures. They were signed to Philly International Records and performing alongside Grover Washington Jr., The O'Jays and The Supremes. The Futures had a name change, but that surely did not affect Vel's popularity - HE was now working with more A-list talent - household names.
Along the way, he found the time to compose music for "The Sopranos", "Fresh Prince of Bel Air", "Mad About You" and more. And he was able to focus on his own music for the career that he wished to have for VEL LEWIS :) After all those years of making sure other artists sounded great when he added his personal touch, it was time to concentrate on what he could do as leader of the band. You'll see his discography when you visit Vel Lewis Dot Com. And you'll hear tracks from "Colors Of Soul" when Vel drops by on 7/8. Once you hear his music, you'll know that he made a "sound" decision! Please join us - we've got some surprises in store for you on this show ;)
