ENVISION THIS: Entering a new multi-dimensional reality that our Mother Earth and Humanity entered on December 21, 2012.
Our guest, Alia Chandler is eager to share with us “resources to help you expand your conscious awareness into those higher dimensions that you thought were 'off-limits' to you. In reality they have always been available to anyone who was willing and able to step through the 'veil of illusion' that keeps the 3rd dimension cordoned off and separate from the others. However, stepping through that veil is no easy feat and until this present time has required much study, contemplation and a life (or many lifetimes) of great personal discipline and sacrifice. No longer — as of December 21, 2012, we have entered a New Age, a more flexible reality, a larger, freer, more exciting playing field. And along with all the excitement and expansion comes a new set of guidelines or “rules of the game”...We are co-creators, joining with others from around our world who share similar visions and have begun to practice these new skill sets. Each of our individual contributions is magnified and augmented, increasing the speed with which our co-creations are manifesting planet wide. The time interval between imagination and realization of our visions is decreasing rapidly. We are accelerating toward a point of 'instant manifestation,' a 5th dimensional skill.”
Alia will discuss how to develop our new skills TOGETHER – to learn, share and grow in mastery to bring forth a peaceful, harmonious, loving and abundant world.
Mystic Radio is Back! And for the first time we have directly based the shows on input from the community in a way we hope has added beneficial interactivity.
We will kick off the first of our next episodes with the highest voted item in the Poll, Parallel and Multi-Universe. The concept has long Esoteric associations, as well as newly discovered scientific evidence to support these early assertions - that there is more than one aspect to our fragment of reality we call - the Universe.
As Quantum physicists get down to what is known as String Theory, we can approach a nearly complete picture of a Unified Field - Through Vibration. These vibrations occur on a Membrane or "Brane", that physicists now feel separate one fabric universe from another.
Today on the BeachLifestyle Radio Show, Host Neil Haley will interview Multi-Grammy Award Winner! Welcome Daniel Ho to the show!
Daniel Ho's simple philosophy of presenting music with sincerity and artistry encompasses six consecutive GRAMMY Awards, number-one albums on national airplay charts, and top-ten albums on Billboard. In 2010, his solo 'ukulele CD, Polani (Pure), was the first 'ukulele album in music history to receive a GRAMMY nomination. On piano the following year, he received a nomination for Best Pop Instrumental Album for his CD, E Kahe Malie (Flowing Gently).
A Honolulu native, Daniel started music lessons at an early age and spent his teenage years orchestrating big band arrangements. At the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles, he excelled in composition and film scoring. He was the leader and keyboardist of the acclaimed '90s contemporary jazz band, Kilauea.
Daniel performs original songs in English and Hawaiian that feature his versatility on 'ukulele, slack key guitar, and piano. Notable credits include singing Prince's Nothing Compares 2 U in Hawaiian for the feature film "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" (2008), and his widely covered `ukulele instrumental anthem, Pineapple Mango. As an independent record company owner, he pursues excellence in composition, performance, audio engineering, and production. Ever the innovator, Daniel's custom six-string KoAloha 'ukulele, the D-VI, is currently on exhibit at the GRAMMY Museum.

One can hardly think about building a culture in franchising without mentioning Jersey Mike's Subs. So, it's very fitting to start the Multi-unit Franchising Series on Franchise Today with a member of the Jersey Mike's corporate team as our guest in the first of two segments in the series.
Michael Manzo, Chief Operating Officer of Jersey Mike's joins host, Paul Segreto as they explore best practices in multi-unit franchising and how brand culture plays an important role in developing a successful multi-unit program.
About Our Guest
A Jersey Mike’s Subs veteran, Michael Manzo came up through the system “wearing the apron.” Working side by side with Founder & CEO Peter Cancro, Michael’s fingerprints are on nearly every aspect of the company from operations to training and from purchasing to franchise development.
Michael has the distinction of working at the original Mike’s Subs restaurant in Point Pleasant during high school (1979-81). After serving 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Michael managed the original store in 1985. In 1987, the name was changed to Jersey Mike’s and the company began franchising. In 1992, after building out more than 30 restaurants, Michael left the company. In 1996, he rejoined Jersey Mike’s when there were still less than 35 restaurants.
Ever since, Michael has been a champion for bringing customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry. Today, Jersey Mike’s is a growing brand with 750 restaurants open and under development nationwide, winning best sub awards in virtually every market it serves.
