Welcome to Happiness Index. We are in the Holiday Season. Tonight is the first evening of Hanukkah. As we begin to light the candles to bring light into the darkness of the season, let us at the same time develop an attitude of being grateful for everything and everyone in our life. Even the things and the people that challenge us, let us remember that they are there to uplift and make us stronger. Brian Tracy said, Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation. Last week we reminded you that gratitude is a state or quality of being thankful. Remember that gratitude is also setting the intention of thankfulness and that means that we have tapped into our innate attitude of gratitude and happiness. An attitude of gratitude will support us in being happy. Thank you for joining us in this very important conversation on gratitude. Call (347) 539-5818 and share your wisdom on this topic.
This week on The Networking Diva Hour-Adopting an Attitude of Gratitude practice takes you out of problem and toward a solution. It removes you from complaining mode and into a best-outcomes mindset. That’s a skill you need in your life and in your business decision-making. Whole companies and industries have been created from seeing solutions where others only saw obstacles. What will your contribution be?
For something to change in your life, one of two things has to happen: your life changes, or you do. Waiting for life to change is a pretty passive solution. When you’re stuck in a problem mentality you miss out on all the opportunities for solutions that are knocking on your door every day, simply because you don’t even hear them or see them.
My guest host this week is Terza Ekholm with the TerZa Factor. Terza is a long time resident of Colorado Springs and a Gratitude Coach, Artist, and Real Estate Investor. Gratitude: Not Just for Cards Anymore.

The journal of Religion and health published a study this year that found those who are more grateful for who they are and what they have are more hopeful and also physically healthier. Gratitude is the ability to look at every situation and find reasons to be thankful. It is also the secret ingredient of a good attitude. When you adjust your attitude and increase your appreciation for everything and everyone that GOD has placed in your life, your new attitude tells GOD that your softened heart is ready to receive every good and perfect gift that HE wishes to bestow upon you. Reflecting on your past with a new attitude and gratefully enjoying the present guarantees a successful future.
Team Clarity's Episode 44 expands our exploration on the differences between gratitude, thankfulness and manipulation. What's the root of these differences? How do these differences wake-up our ability to be genuinely grateful (versus manipulative)? What do we do to dissolve doubt, guilt, shame and worry? Listen to explore more.
Team Clarity is on a year-long journey led by Christina Ervin. Each week Team Clarity shares this journey with you for two primary reasons:

This week is Thanksgiving week and people have already begun to travel to be with loved ones. We can look back over history and find ourselves upset with how the English came to America and invaded the Native Americans land or we can understand what the scripture Romans 8:28 means. No matter how terrible things have been it all seems to work out for the good of those that love the Lord and those that are called according to his purpose.
The sun shines on the good people and the bad people. We are in this world with pleasant and not so pleasant people. So on this week we can choose to be grateful for how history has found a way to pull so many people together and love on our families OR we can choose to better and be hungry because alot of places will be closed on Thanksgiving day.
Join the conversation today as we talk about being grateful during this season as we count down to the end of the 2015.

Simply saying thank you has tremendous health and spiritual benefits. We are reminded in scripture to give thanks. Psalm 107: 1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good; for his mercy endurethe forever. This is called having an attitude of gratitude. As we look forward to celebrating Thanksgiving this eposide will serve as a reminder to say thank you. Thank God for his blessings, thank your family for their deeds, thank anyone who has impacted your life in any way. As you do this you will be happier and healthier. Tune in to hear Dr. Cook discuss the importance of gratitude.
Welcome to Happiness Index. The Holiday in the United States for Thanksgiving is behind us, but gratitude is forever. We will continue to remind our listeners that everyday is a day of gratitude. Gratitude is a state or quality of being thankful, an expression of appreciation and kindness. We believe that gratitude is happiness. However, we must remember to be grateful, the moment that we forget, gratitude ends. Let us recall and remember to be grateful for everything and for everyone. Everyone and everything can be a curse or a blessing according to our belief. That is the power of our thoughts. Let us be grateful for the moment. According to Eckhart Tolle, It is through gratitude for the present moment that the spiritual dimension of life opens up. Gratitude is happiness!
