Host Silvia Casabianca interviews John Bruna. The director of the Way of Compassion Foundation and the co-founder of the Mindful Life Program, Bruna has over 30 years of mindfulness practice. His expertisse on the matter comes both from science - he's been a counselor and educator - and from his six years of practice as a Buddhist monk in the Tibetan tradition.
Back to lay life, John continues to pursue his mission to provide people with tools to cultivate genuine happiness.
According to John, living mindfully is much more than being present in the moment. “Mindfulness includes and facilitates the cultivation of concentration, wisdom and the ability to make healthy choices that foster genuine happiness and a meaningful life.”
