The Metal Injection Livecast is a weekly hang out masquerading as a live podcast recording available every week for free download. We also look deeply into our own lives (including embarrassing bedroom and bathroom habits). We have skewered religion, politics, terrible television and movies, pompous celebrities, metal musicians, callers, and each other. In a world of metal that is often ridiculously self-important, nothing is off-limits to laugh at.
