A historic episode for the show, as Jackson Herod and Clint Thiele were joined by new host Scott Badeaux, making it the first time the three of them hosted together.
On this episode, we were joined by actress Megan Hayes in the first hour. Megan plays a female morphling in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, but has also appeared in films like +1, and What To Expect When You're Expecting. She's also appeared in television shows like Meet the Browns, Eastbound and Down, and The Game.
In hour #2, we spoke with comedian Erika Innes. Erika has a new cd out called Smells Like Nerd Spirit, that is hilarious. She talks about how she got involved with comedy, how long it took her to conquer stagefright, and a variety of other topics.
Two hours of podcast goodness!

Normally, MSOL sponsors regular get togethers for staff, faculty, students and alums to discuss articles that focus on relevant leadership topics. Today, Dr. Jim Dittmar convenes a panel of distinguished alumni to discuss an article from the MITSLoan Management Review entitied, "The Question Every Project Team Should Answer." The subheading of the article's title states: "Many projects fail because they are launched without a clearly articulated reason why they're being pursued. Exploring the four dimensions of compelling 'why statement' can improve a project's chances of success. Joining Dr. Dittmar are MSOL graduates Wayne Unks and Neil Brem from Cohort 80, Lynn Rodden from Cohort 71, and Megan Monstwil from Cohort 78. Listen or call in and join the fun as these grads talk about what they learned about project managment from this article.
Since her youth Megan has been fascinated with ancient art, then ancient wisdoms and cosmologies.
“I came to the conclusion that the more ancient the culture, the more sophisticated, unified and global a civilization which must have existed far back in prehistory. A civilization with amazing commonalities and with understandings far beyond us even today."
When Megan discovered the crop circle phenomenon 14 years ago, she had never heard of them or seen any images of them. Immediately captivated by their size, beauty and complexity, and as an artist who understands the logistics of creating art on a large scale, her confoundment drew her down a very deep rabbit hole. The questions she found answers to, gave birth to hundreds more, and led her on a huge adventure with two visits to crop cirlces in the UK in 2006 and 2007, which resulted in what could be said to be a contact experience.
“After 13 years of researching this phenomenon, I have concluded like many others, that we have proof that a highly evolved, enlightened and benevolent intelligence is communicating directly to humanity in the most perfect way.”
Crop circles also refer to the role of the Sun in our Ascension process today.
