Since August is my birthday month I'm sharing the words of my favorite liturgical and thought leader authors. Included this month are the wisdom of Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel-Shinn, Catheriane Ponder and Noah St. John.
Come relax and shake off the worries of the past week by relaxing wholly into the weekend. Listen to the persuasive works and words of these amazing thought leaders. Receive the varying ways to change your life for the better. We'll explore more about sleep, the subsconcious mind, prayer and the desires of your heart.
Don't be fooled by simple or easy meditations as not worth it. Any thing you can do to relieve your stresses is worth doing. Even if it's only for a few minutes each day. That's two more minutes gained in your life. Come away with me as we recoup more time in your life through Meditation one minute at a time.
As we close out August, we will enjoy bliss through the words of Maya Angelou's poems and descriptions of what it is to be one with the Creator from Neville Goddard. No matter what form the words take from these two writers, your mind can still conjure both an understanding and a visualization. Through these visualizations it allows your body, mind and emotions to release into a calm release and better understanding of what can be in your life now and in the future.

All it takes is listening to your breath and the guided meditation as you inhale, hold and exhale on a count of 8 - 4 - 4. Be open to the relaxation that is yours when you put your intention behind the desires of your heart through meditation.
