Tyetisha Jackson-Burroughs is a young author in her twenties from New York City, who has taken to writing to express her inner thoughts and life's experiences through her stories. She started out journaling not knowing her writings were taking shape into a very compelling first book.
She`s always trying to inspire others and help in anyway she can. She will do her best to make sure no one she cares about has to face the same hardships she has already overcome.
Washington, DC author, Candy Jackson is a cosmetology teacher who loves to create poetry and short stories. Her reading rose to a brand new height with the discovery of many black writers whose work exploded in the '80's. An avid reader, she began to tap into her own creative side and decided to write stories of her own. Candy is the mother of three young adult children and one grandson. She can be reached at email@example.com.
Mary Perez is the author of Running in Heels. Running in Heels is more than a memoir. It is a promise of hope and survival to anyone who woke up hungry and went to bed hungrier every day, for anyone who was abandoned as a child or an adult, for every wife who has loved a husband who left bruises on her heart and on her body.

We are focused on striking an effective, meaningful balance between environmental sustainability, economic stability and social responsibility. Today’s award winners illustrate our collective and demonstrated commitment to these goals.”
Join Southeast Green as we interview leaders at the airport to discuss how they plan to achieve this goal.
Jesse Jackson is well know as a Civil Rights Activist, he claims to be a Baptist minister and a man of God. Is this true according to the scriptures?
In these difficult days and times we often look to spiritual leaders for guidance and instruction in our lives. As Christians (followers of Christ) should these leaders speak from their mind, or from what is written based on the word of God? This show will examine things said by men and woman claiming to be Gods ministers to reveal whether or not they are speaking Gods word and doing his will. 1Pet 4: 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through JesusChrist, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.We hope you tune in and listen to our show. We air programs on Blog Talk Radio at the following times: Sun 2:00pm, Tue 8:00pm, Wed 7:00pm, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am all eastern time.
Are you a winner? Clareta Haddon-Jackson's new single "Winner's Anthem" will testify that we win being Christ's Kids. Clareta has not limited herself to just being an incredible vocalist, from the well known gospel music family "The Haddons". She has proven that her ability to write, co-produce and acting is as much a part of her artistic expression as her singing! Now, often referred to as a singing and preaching machine.
First timers and fans alike boast of her amazing stage presence, admitting publicly that talent like hers only comes once in a lifetime. Comparing their view of her to that of the world famous, Tina Turner with her skill to capture an audience, Prince with her ability make any musical style her own; and even Michael Jackson with her fearless creativity in fashion and production. These attributes are accompanied by her amazing vocal talent and range!
