On the last episode of SITUATIONSHIPS: Agree 2 Disagree, Ed & Brown candidly discussed MASKS...those we use to cover, conceal, disguise and why. Most people wear masks to hide shame or pain. When considering a relationship, also consider the mask that the other person may wear, but just as importantly, the one that YOU wear. Are you ready?
And what happens when the mask is removed? What is now revealed? Lies, Deceit, Pain, Loneliness.....let's discuss what is under the mask and how can we continue in a relationship now that the mask(s) is/are removed.
SITUATIONSHIPS: Agree 2 Disagree is on KLJN 107.7 Radio.

We Wear the Mask
We wear the mask that grins and lies,
It hides our cheeks and shades our eyes,--
This debt we pay to human guile;
With torn and bleeding hearts we smile,
And mouth with myriad subtleties.
Why should the world be overwise,
In counting all our tears and sighs?
Nay, let them only see us, while
We wear the mask.
We smile, but, O great Christ, our cries
To thee from tortured souls arise.
We sing, but oh the clay is vile
Beneath our feet, and long the mile;
But let the world dream otherwise,
We wear the mask!
We were the mask is a poem by Paul Lawence Dunbar and it speaks pf the external hiding the internal conflict.
When we have bad or rough days, we sometimes hide it with our mask or "happy face". We've all worn them but when someone new comes into our lives, we wear our best mask. Eventually the mask must come off or else we are living a lie. Learn how to tell if your mask is on too much or what's behind someone else's mask .... Tonight!

in The Bible
Non Messianic and Messianic hebrews along with many Christians claim to be waiting for the redemption of Zion. The holy prophets speak of the rebuilding of Zion to her former glory and God bringing his scattered nation back to the land promised to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. How will this happen? What method will Yah use to accomplish this redemption?
