Journalist Mike Volpe: Corruption in Family Courts

    in News

Mike Volpe returns to discuss the abuses occuring in several states via Family Courts. Volpe's article "Chris Christie named in two lawsuits alleging violations by Family Courts" appears on Rebel Pundit.

In Connecticut, children were handed over to pedophile rings after their mothers were arbitrarily determined to be mentally ill.

In New Jersey, " in Bergen County a lawsuit led by Karin Wolf, including more than forty women, will allege that courts ignore abuse on a widespread basis–be it sexual, physical, verbal, or emotional–and instead label women making these allegations as parental alienators or as having a variety of mental illnesses or defects." REBEL PUNDIT

Later in the show, Mike will discuss Bullied to Death: The Chris Mackney Story     his new book which will be available soon, about the stalking and harassment of Chris Mackney, a man driven to suicide by the abuses in family and divorce courts resulting in the loss of access to his children, financial ruin and repeated arrests spanning several years.

Family courts are the last place you want to end up.

The Persecution & Prosecution of Ted Taupier in Connecticut Family Courts

    in Politics

How do you know when a state has no crime and not enough work to justify their budgets ?  When this is the best show in town; when you make up crime like [breach of peace] as a felony worthy of a state and its tax payer budgets.

Cromwell, Connecticut resident Ted Taupier found himself embroiled in a nasty divorce and a monumental battle for his rights to his children.  In a series of escalating charges, one more ridiculous than the next, Taupier became the target of another corrupt family court system in Connecticut.

    In one instance:

"Edward Taupier recklessly created a risk of causing T***** Taupier inconvenience, annoyance, and alarm by offensive conduct that annoyed and
interfered with T***** Taupier" so reads the complaint against Ted Taupier.

Just imagine, now you can be arrested and charged with a felony just for someone saying you annoyed and inconvenienced them and this alarmed you.   Of course, in order to invoke these idiotic statutes, you must be well connected to those who participate in the court, or, be part of the court system itself.  These statutes were enacted in virtually every state to reduce the standards necessary to prosecute individuals who might be trying to blow the whistle on corruption or, misuse of the system by "special" friends of the court.  Of course YOU can't use them unless the court sees a benefit for itself by doing so.  Otherwise, court dockets would be stacked to the ceilings with pending cases against judges, attorney's, and others who routinely annoy, inconvenience and alarm most of us.

Join us tonight as we discuss the persecution and prosecution of Ted Taupier!

Attorney Allison Folmar: Refusing deadly drugs is not medical neglect

    in Family

These shows are conducted in coordination with Citizens Council on Human Rights (CCHR)

Attorney Allison Folmar has been an Attorney for 15 years in the State of Michigan. While in law school Allison received an Award of Excellence in the field of juvenile law.

    Earlier years:

From 1988-1994 Allison was a Corrections Officer for the State of Michigan Department of Corrections and then went on to become a Probations Officer. Allison assisted in restructuring the Federal mandated Interstate Contact Agreement whereby people on probation and parole are handled so as not to fall through the cracks.

On the day Maryanne Godboldo’s story broke. Attorney Allison Folmar was in her car listening to the radio. She heard about the police stand off and her first thought was: “This woman is protecting her child from being drugged and they’re gonna take her baby? “Oh, no they’re not!”

The next day Allison took on the case pro bono.

And so began her 10 month battle on behalf of Maryanne Godboldo and her daughter.

She fought and won two legal battles on the fundamental premise that charging a parent with medical neglect for refusing to give their child a deadly drug is not only a complete oxymoron but a violation of the law.

    Tracey Miller: Olmstead Act Violations

    in Family

This evening Tracey Miller talks about her ongoing battle over the care of her brother who has suffered a long term brain injury.  Tracey is now considering what provisions might be available under the Olmstead Act to finally rescue her brother from the unwanted and unneeded guardianship.  This will be a huge undertaking as there is lots of money at stake.

Tracey's brother Mike is a virtual cash cow in the system and one that has been milked for decades.

In 2009, the Civil Rights Division launched an aggressive effort to enforce the Supreme Court's decision in Olmstead v. L.C., a ruling that requires states to eliminate unnecessary segregation of persons with disabilities and to ensure that persons with disabilities receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.

Please join us as we look at a little known law and what it might mean to those held against their will by predatory guardians and other interested party's.

Reporter Mike Volpe / The Rampant Abuse of Guardianship via the Probate Courts

    in Family

Mike Volpe, Investigative reporter for the website REBEL PUNDIT, joins us this evening to discuss his recent expose' on the corruption of the probate courts and those who are victimized by a for-profit system of elder abduction, isolation, neglect, abuse and the inevitable looting of their lifetime accrued assets by judges, attorneys, predatory guardians and anyone else who can find a way to tap the estate.

From the article on Rebel Pundit "Court Appointed Guardianship Abuses Run Rampant in American Courts"

"Initially started to protect the elderly and mentally challenged from being taken advantage of, it has often been corrupted, having the opposite effect. Those perfectly healthy who are effectively jailed and held against their wills, often end up in nursing homes away from their families."

Join us as Mike talks about his investigation and what it revealed about the dangerous new age crime of "aging with assets".

Labeling & Drugging Children: How normal behaviors are now "illnesses"

    in Family

Our guest is Dr. Stolzer in coordination with Citizens Council On Human Rights (CCHR)

Our children are being conditioned to believe that anything other than euphoria 24/7 must be a mental disorder requiring medication.  Our schools survey our kids to determine who can be entered into therapy with the accompanying drugging.  The damage from the drugs is life-long.  We are raising a generation of drug damaged children.

Dr. Stolzer is a Professor of Child and Adolescent Development at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. She currently teaches infant, child, and adolescent development classes and is an active researcher. Dr. Stolzer has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and has presented her research at the international level. For over three decades, she has been a passionate child advocate. Dr. Stolzer’s research interests include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), the meteoric rise of psychiatric diagnoses in child and adolescent populations, the deleterious effects of psychiatric drugs, the biocultural implications of attachment parenting, breastfeeding, the multivariational effects of labeling children, and challenging the existing medical model which seeks to pathologize normal-range child behaviors.
