Brian Kinter & the little shop of horrors called Ohio Domestic Relations Court

    in Dads and Family

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

Brian Kinter joins us this evening to expose his experience in the Ohio Domestic Relations Court.  Facing false allegations of child abuse, the battle was on.  Eventually, Brian sued the judges and the court in March 2012.

Brian has taken on the courts in Ohio demanding an explanation as to why they interfered in his relations with his daughter, and demanding that they prove they had the right to do this.

Brian has waged a battle that has become too frequent in every state.  False allegations, refusal to enforce visitation rights, failure to provide any evidence of wrongdoing..........parents across the country are being forced to endure legal abuse and the abuse of the courts as they fight for their children.

Brian currently has won custody of his young daughter,

TS Radio: A trip through Illinois Divorce Court with Mark Hexum

    in Current Events

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

    Our guest: Mark Hexum

Join us this evening as Mark Hexum tells of his journey through divorce court in Illinois. In what has to be one of the most salacious and obviously rigged cases we have examined, Mark came face to face with the corruption in family courts, especially those in Illinois.

After enduring a horrible marriage, Mark was threatened by both his and his ex-wife's attorneys with paying as much as 60% of his gross pay in alimony to coerce him into a settlement that left him borrowing to support himself and his children .

Mark has exhausted the usual legal channels in an effort to get fair treatment in the Illinois courts. He has carefully documented the relationship of key players in the system who became involved in one way or another in his case. He has discovered what so many others have; this has nothing to do with the law, justice or even simple morality.

TS Radio: Author, Nancy Madore on the Ethics of Judge Nadeau

    in Current Events

Hosted by Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Guest:  Nancy Madore author,   The Ethics of Judge Nadeau

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is the TRUE story of a judge who presides over York County Probate Court in York, Maine. The premise of the book is that—in spite of the Maine Board of Overseers' rulings to the contrary—the behavior of Judge Robert M.A. Nadeau is unethical. Referencing real exhibits, orders and depositions in actual court cases, The Ethics of Judge Nadeau provides a bird’s eye view into the logic and reasoning behind behavior so incredible it will take your breath away. This candid and (often) humorous account of Robert Nadeau’s antics (in and out of the courtroom) is as entertaining as it is shocking.

The Ethics of Judge Nadeau is based on the premise that there are some things a lawyer should never do—especially if he’s a judge—because they are either unethical, illegal, or just plain wrong.

Links to actual court documents, depostions, court orders, and BAR findings can be found here:

    http://www.nmadore.com/links

How can anyone read through these documents and not be enraged at the abuse of this particular judge and the cover-up by the BAR oversight boards which have condonned his outrageous behavior.  This is a cover-up!  And this so-called "judge" is still sitting on the bench!

Whistleblowers! Kenneth Kendrick & Peanut Corp. America..salmonella poisoning

    in Politics

    Hosted by Marti Oakley

Presented in coordination with Marcel Reid and the Whisltelblower's Summit July 30, 2016!!

    Kenneth Kendrick

Between September 1, 2008 and April 20, 2009, salmonella-tainted peanut butter originating from the Peanut Corporation of America (PCA) sickened 714 people across 46 states, contributing to nine deaths. Prior to the outbreak, former PCA assistant plant manager in Plainview, Texas, Kenneth Kendrick, had made multiple attempts to alert both state and federal officials to numerous public health violations he was witnessing. Following the outbreak, Kendrick worked with GAP and the consumer group, STOP Foodborne Illness, to blow the whistle – both on PCA’s dangerous practices, and the lack of timely response from officials who were supposed to be safeguarding the food supply.

    The Peanut Corporation of America

Kenneth Kendrick served as assistant plant manager at the PCA plant from July 2006 through November 2006. Before the salmonella outbreak, Kendrick repeatedly reported to the Texas Department of Health incidences of rat infestation and feces in the product. Additionally, he reported a roof leak that allowed rainwater contaminated with bird feces to drip onto the peanuts. The Health Department did nothing, not even recognizing that the plant was operating without a license.

TS Radio: Deborah Goodman/ NY Judge should not be on the bench

    in Current Events

Hosted by Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer

Join us this evening as we take a look at another judge in New York that has turned his courtroom into chaos as he forgets his own rulings or even what case he is working on.  Guess who pays the price for that?

Deborah Goodman has been subject to the bizarre behavior of Judge Victor J. Alfieri Jr., for more than five years with no relief in sight.

"For his own Standards and Goals he repeatedly removed my case from the court calendar causing motions to be submitted in order to restore my case, which caused unnecessary legal expenses. On December 20, 2013 Honorable Judge Alfieri made a final decision to close my case because he did not like that the case was three years old. His only concern was my case bringing attention from those above him. He said, on the record:

“Now without prejudice to either side, I am going to deny that motion. And I’ll tell you why. I’m going to deny it mostly because of a housekeeping detail. The case is three years old, which will bring note of people above me, as I’m only here by virtue of someone’s signature on an order. I’d like to stay. So I’m going to deny the motion to restore it to the calendar; however, I’m going to do that 30 days from today.”

This was just one of numerous rulings issued by a judge who should not be on the bench.  Unfortunately, its all too common in probate and family courts across the country.

TS Radio: Dave Frank discusses an alternative to the way we vote

    in Politics

    Hosted by Marti Oakley-

Dave Frank joins the show today to discuss a new and innovative way to vote that would bypass the rigged Sequoia and Diebold machines.

We all remember the 2000 election, and the massive vote fraud that took place in nearly every state.  None of the results could be examined in the states that used those two machines.  All the machines were programmed to do was repeat their earlier numbers.

But what if there was a simpler, more verifiable way to cast your vote?  One that wouldn't require you to use those rigged ballot machines?  Join us for the nxt hour while Dave explains his plan.
