The latest events in the Boston bombing and those who were said to be conspirators with the Tsarnaev brothers, not to mention other revelations that have since been brought to light. The fact that all we communicating during the incident. We still don’t know the whereabouts of the Saudi National, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi. We do know that after 16 hours that the younger Tsaraev brother was Mirandized without the knowledge of the FBI with approval or orders of the DOJ. Question is Why? It was known that in special cases involving the lives of others who may be in danger by perhaps other hidden explosives that the law gives enforcement officers for security reasons have 48 hours to obtain as much information regarding such collaborators before ‘lawyering’ up.
We also find out is this week that Benghazi has some “whistleblowers” who have found representation in lieu of threats and reprisals if they come forward including prosecution. The have representation now who must get clearance to investigate briefs involving that case. Of course the Administration is and will stonewall on this case, just as Carney interjected Benghazi was a long time ago (7 months) and implied of no longer any relevance to be investigated further. Truth is, I believe we are on the precipice of the “BIGGEST” cover-up in American Political History.

Close-Up Talk Radio spotlights Frederick Bloetscher of PUMPS
Hollywood, FL – From the sea to your sink, ensuring the public has access to clean and safe drinking water requires effective management of water resources.
Public Utility Management and Planning Services (PUMPS) is a consulting firm dedicated to the evaluation, planning and management of public utility systems. Since the company’s inception in 2000, PUMPS has focused primarily on public sector clients, collaborating with local municipalities, mostly in southeast Florida, to secure funding for operational improvements.
“Civil engineering has always been concerned with water and its transportation,” says Frederick Bloetscher, president of PUMPS “What most municipalities need is someone to give them guidance as to how they should be planning for their utility systems.”
When water infrastructure deteriorates, many municipalities don’t have the necessary funds to address these issues. PUMPS specializes in diagnosing all the various issues affecting the utility system to qualify for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program. To date, PUMPS’ clients have received nearly $130 million from the program.
“These are projects cities want to do and need to do,” says Bloetscher. “The Clean Water State Revolving Funds program was designed specifically to encourage these kinds of improvements to our infrastructure."
In addition to his work with PUMPS, Bloetscher is also an associate professor at Florida Atlantic University. He often includes his students in what he describes as “science projects,” like helping to develop the world’s first LEED Gold certified water treatment plant.
“My clients understand that if we can involve students, it’s a good experience for them," says Bloetscher. "It’s symbiotic, which is what civil engineering is all about: integration.”
