Hannah Bethel grew up on country music and classic rock in the backwoods of Northern Michigan. At a young age, it was apparent that Hannah was a natural entertainer. She sang for anyone who would listen. She loved to make people laugh and think and feel the emotion of the songs. At fourteen she picked up a Squire acoustic guitar that her younger sister had ditched and soon after she was traveling the Upper Midwest, performing original music at fairs, bars, talent shows, coffee houses, shopping malls and country and western shows. Hannah self-released her first record at 17 and the following year she moved to Nashville, Tennessee.
Hannah is an avid writer and co-writer. She has written with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters, from big names to newcomers. One of those newcomers is Momentum Label Group artist, Rachele Lynae. Hannah had her first song cut in 2013 with Rachele’s sophomoric single, “Fishin’ For Something”, which received extensive radio play across the US. Hannah has recently been named one of CMA Close Up’s Who New to Watch in 2014.

Some generations were more social. They did not have all of the gadgets that are out now. My generation had the land line phone Atari, record, concerts, bikes, get togethers and the malls were available for us to hang out. We walked, talked, hung out, went out to eat and still talked with our parents. Now kids are fat use facetime and can not hold or start a conversation. What are your thoughts?
Some retailers have opted for parking lot security, mobile patrols.
Is this effective and does it thwart crime?
Malls have used a combination foots and mobile patrol for years and have recently added bicycle patrol to their list.
Here in the Loss Prevention Zone, we'll explore it today!

"I love intelligent conversation; an active mind and body. I am a busy person and like to take personal time to rest and to enjoy the company of friends, family and significant other-when in a relationship. Aloneness does not bother me; I prefer quality time. I enjoy nature, movies, fine dining, travel, laughter and shopping away from the malls. I love to walk and listen to music. I enjoy diverse cultures and travel."
Psychological healing from the shootings at schools in urban, suburban or rural areas is a tremendous challenge for concerned citizens of America and the world! Healing, both physical and psychological healing, is a process of restoring a situation to a balanced or functioning state. Unfortunately, the emotional scars in the healing process are usually seen or felt long after the traumatic situation or damage is over. Repairing or restoring our mental state after experiencing random shootings in public places (i.e. our schools, workplaces, malls,) is far more challenging than fixing the physical wounds. The Student2Teacher show has always focused on "down to earth" topics that will help Adult Students and Veterans succeed in school/college and work, even with mental and physical disabilities. The psychological impact of random shootings and stabbings in our schools/colleges was not expected to hinder success but it has, according to many students , employees and teachers! The innocent lives lost to shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary, Columbine, Virginia Tech, to the recent Oregon school, and so many other "assumed safe" institutions, is a memorable tragedy, whether you were in the line of fire or watching on the news. . Please join Dr. Applewhite, staff at White Apple Institute, and Guests as they discuss ways to start the healing process from the violence in schools. Learn more about how you can support our students and Veterans with disabilities in reaching their education and workforce goals visithttp://whiteappleinstitute.org Click on Radio to listen to episodes of the Student2Teacher ™ show any day of the week.

Dr. Cathy Reimers, Ph.D., psychologist in New Jersey, and co-host Jennifer Russello, parent in New Jersey, revisit the horrendous recurring incidents of students on a rampage to commit murders. Join us as Dr. Cathy focuses on the profile of these shooters, so students can recognize "killer" behavior, ultimately preventing these heinous killings. We send our kids off to school or college thinking they are safe, yet all too often the news is covering more and more shootings. Just recently there was the shootings in Santa Barbara, the Craig list killer and the school massacre in Sandy Hook, recent mall shootings, Columbine and so many other senseless acts of murder committed by American youths. What makes these young people want to kill? What can be done to profile troubled youths and get them the help they so desperately need? How can we teach others to recognize the warning signs? Join us to discuss this recurring nightmare.
