Close-Up Talk Radio Features Author Helen Olian
Returning to Close-Up Talk Radio is author Helen Olian. Fascinated with writing and animals since her youth, Helen wrote countless stories for her own viewing. After suffering a serious accident and becoming wheelchair bound, Helen decided to turn her passion into magnificent tales for all to see.
Over her professional career Helen has completed 13 books of various themes, 8 of which are “doggie” themed including The Doggy Trip and The Doggy Farm. Helen’s most successful work to date is The Aliens, which was featured on a list of top 100 bestsellers on www.amazon.com. “This is such a tremendous honor to be able to do what I love and see people appreciate it. I write animal themed rhyme verse books for children and it’s exciting to see their reactions at book signings,” exclaims Olian.
Helen is currently completing the ninth and final installment of doggy-themed books entitled The Master Doggy. “To wrap up the series, this tale follows a down-to-earth dog whose boss celebrates his birthday at the office, has a hill near his house and becomes master of the hill. It sticks with the rhyme verse patterns with wonderful illustrations to match. He becomes master yet remains humble. It doesn’t go to his head. It’s a great way for me to finish the series. It’s time to move on.”
Sticking with her youth targeted books, Helen is also working on a bedtime children’s book to help kids sleep at night. Helen’s books are wonderfully illustrated and easily relatable to children ages eight and up. All of Helen’s works are available through Maypole Books, which she founded in her home state of New Mexico.

Close-Up Talk Radio features Dr. Giselle Zukausky PT 3
Fort Wayne, IN – Hypnotherapy provides mental health professionals with a whole new set of valuable tools to help their clients more effectively. But without proper training in its practical application, hypnosis can do more harm than good.
The Midwest Training Institute of Hypnosis (Approved For Applicant Status By the State of Indiana #AC-0136) is a hypnotherapy and hypnosis training school. Led by Dr. Gisella Zukausky, the institute offers the most comprehensive curriculum in the country, with courses in both basic and advanced hypnosis.
“I’m passionate about hypnosis because I’ve seen what it can do that nothing else can do,” says Dr. Zukausky. “And I’m passionate about helping people.”
Dr. Zukausky describes hypnosis as “any time you’re not making yourself think." While under hypnosis, we’re able to access our subconscious mind where the emotions that cause our negative behaviors can be found.
“Everything physical starts with something emotional,” explains Dr. Zukausky. “Habits require emotions. Using hypnosis, we can direct the subconscious mind to correct those emotions in the best way. When we resolve these emotions there is no longer a need for the habit.”
Zukausky has been an instructor of hypnosis since 1991. She also offers hypnotherapy and counseling services through her private practice, Achieve with Hypnosis.
“Many times when they’ve tried everything else I’m their last resort,” says Dr. Zukausky. “Almost everything I do work on is done in about three sessions and the results are permanent because I’ve gotten to the causeTags: Doctor Hypnosis Giselle Zukausky Jim Masters interview
