LEARNING HOW TO OPERATE IN LOVE BY GIVING RESPECT TO ONE ANOTHER

    in Relationships

We will be discussing the importance of learning how to respect one another so that we can operate in love more effectively. Being able to respect is imperative to relations with others because without giving regard to another's worth and personal feelings we can lose the ability to have compassion, understanding and empathy, and instead become more judgemental and critical of each other. Learning that respect is needed will help us to gain the awareness of how much being respected means to one another, and will also teach us how to keep from operating in the behaviors and attitudes that make us lose respect for one another, therefore losing the ability to operate in love.

    THE LOVE HUB SHOW!

    in Self Help

THE LOVE HUB is a live interactive radio show that is made for people to call in their problems and then for the audience to call in and advice them or help them through it. It's a place for us to put the power of change into our own hands. Have the COURAGE to call in (or even write in annoymously at thelovehub@gmail.com) your story and challenge so you can help OTHERS listening. Let YOUR pain be the reason you and someone else can see that you are not alone. Doing so also gives those who have been through what you have gone through a chance to come full circle with their own past struggles. A chance for them to see the bigger picture so they can move past it, forgive, grow! Without the callers there IS NO SHOW! We look forward to co creating with you and helping to change the world one hour at at time.

"Love and Respect" the Vows God Requires from your Marriage.

    in Romance

"I _____, take you ______, to be my wedded wife/husband. To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part. And hereto I pledge you my faithfulness."

The exchange of wedding vows is a very romantic moment and often the perfect place to express your feelings towards your fiancé. Each partner is writing their thoughts for not just the moment but the start of their new lives together. These words are carefully streamed together to make a profound statement of your love for each other.  Your personal consent to this commitment for all to hear.  How much do they mean to you?  What does God require of your vows?  Ephesians 5 speaks to what God wants couples to commit to heart.  He speaks clearly to the husband showing the wife love and the wife showing her husband respect.

The Wedding Vows…”Love and Respect” the only requirement God holds us to.

    Learning How to Love Others

    in Spirituality

Mark 12:31 tells us to "Love our neighbor as yourself." The Bible also tells us that we should love and pray for our enemies (Matthew 5:44) but loving others isn't always easy, esspecially when other people are different than us, ridicule us, lie on us, betray us, take advanatge of us, etc. Loving others may even seem foolish to some people--"How can you not hate them after what they did to you? Are you a glutton for punishment?!" Loving and forgiving others doesn't mean that you are condoning that's person's actions; you are simply not allowing that person's actions or character to affect you. God continues to love us in spite of the things we do but He wants us to change and He doesn't  want us to keep holding onto bitterness when He tols us to cast our cares on Him. Tune in and find out what prevents you from loving others and what you can do to change.
