Guest: Pamela Havey Lau - Friendship & Judge Sentences Christian to Jail in KY.
Pamela Havey Lau joins us for her second interview to discuss her book A Friend in Me: How to Be A Safe Haven for Other Women
Young women long for relational connection with women further ahead of them on the journey. Yet, without realizing it, many of us tend to distance ourselves from those in younger generations. Can we really have close relationships with women who have different thoughts on church, different experiences with family, and different ways of talking about God? Where do we start?
In A Friend in Me, Pam Lau shows you how to be a safe place for the younger women in your life. She offers five patterns women need to internalize and practice for initiating relationships and talking about issues such as faith, forgiveness, sexuality, and vocation. Most significantly, she reminds you that there doesn’t need to be a divide between generations of women. Together, we can have a global impact—and experience a deeper faith than we’ve ever known.
Dawan Hopson, stage name Kentucky Boy, is a man who grew up in the mean streets of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He started rapping & freestyling at the age of 10. Although he never graduated from high school, he has always dreamed of becoming a rap superstar. Throughout Dawan's life, he has sold drugs, been in and out of jail, and has even been shot. You would assume that he's the typical rapper! But Mr. Hopson is a changed man. In fact, he is a very talented musical artist who now tours with the multi-platinum rap group out of Kentucky known as Nappy Roots. Dawan aka Kentucky Boy is not only the total package in the hip hop industry, but he creates fans based on his struggle, dedication, and hot creative style. People can relate to his music because he makes crump, gangster, & real life hit songs. Kentucky Boy is the next big artist that the world needs to watch out for in the up and coming future. He wants the world to know that Kentucky is not as country as it seems. In fact Dawan states, "Don't talk about Kentucky & the crops on our farm because we will peel your potato & shuckle your corn."
Dr. Chaps reports on these important issues:

Dr. Chaps interviews two of the most conservative Colorado State legislators.
This is a must sermon to listen to. The prophetic is all through the bible and Paul says to seek it and let it flow. I feel the prophetic on the rise in the church once again. God uses the prophetic to reap the harvest and to encourage believers.
Several visions is shared that God has given me throughout the years.
Don't be miss what God has for you. Let the river flow. Ask God to give you the gift of prophesy.

The federal government has felt good about usrping authority over the constitution trampeling on states rights and destroying religious liberty in one foul swoop. Will anyone grow a brain and read the constitution for themselves? Meanwhile the whole nation is in an epic battle torturing a middleaged woman over why she doesn't follow the tyrannical government over God. Pray for Kim Davis.
