Welcome to Adulthood to Soulhood. Irma Francis, Spiritual Mentor & Spiritual Journalist will define what it means to make the transformation from adulthood to soulhood. Irma is joined by her co-host Ernie Vecchio Psychologist, Speaker and Author of "The Soul's Intent". Together they will discuss why this transformation usually does not happen until mid-life and why it is significant to our spiritual and secular evolution. The symptoms of mid-life crisis and transforming into soulhood are closely related. A shift in values reveals if you are having a mid-life crises or transforming into soulhood.

I know that it is hard to believe, but many "kids" are on their way to College in a couple of weeks! How do you manage the transition from childhood to Young Adult-Hood?
Guest Speaker: Adil Mian
Everyone loves a good comedian. A person who will provide humorous relief during times of stress, frustration, and seasons of grief. We anxiously sit and challenge them to say or do something that will have us hunched over in laughter; but, if they fail we will forever hold them accountable for wasting our time.
Comics are required to capture our attention and keep us entertained from start to finish. They are responsible for shifting mundane and boring environments into celebratory spaces filled with jovial antics. Depending on the audience they either need to be obnoxiously raunchy or as clean as a whistle. Can you imagine performing under that kind of pressure? Yet, across the country funny men and women do it every day.
This show will feature three comics from Los Angeles who are making names for themselves: Mellroz Unncutt, Jaye Devan, and Antonio Gillings. They are going to share some of the challenges they face, goals they have, and how they deal with boring crowds and hecklers. The dialogue is going to tickle your funny bone and enlighten you on a much loved profession.
Tune in to hear Irma Francis and co-host Ernie Vecchio discuss spiritual bypassing. We may be using spirituality to bypass difficult issues in our lives. True and lasting healing comes from integrating the personal and transpersonal which allows for healthier interpersonal connections. This integration opens us to self-love, spiritual integrity, authenticity and relationships based on wholeness rather than co-dependency.
Spiritual bypassing is a tendency to use spiritual ideas and practices to sidestep or avoid facing unresolved emotional issues, psychological wounds, and unfinished developmental tasks. ~ John Welwood
All that is false begins to breakdown, sometime piece by piece or sometimes by hitting some sort of bottom. We begin our journey into new territory, a breakthrough to another side of life not previously known to us. As we surrender we open up allowing for an integration of our divine self with our human self.
Join Irma Francis and co-host Ernie Vecchio as they explore what it means to be whole and why it commonly happens that we have to breakdown before we can breakthrough.

Laughter is the universal language. From countries all over the globe, including the rich cultures of Africa, Arabia, Persia and Native America, "Proverbial Laughter" takes popular proverbs and turns them into tidbits of contemporary wit, wisdom and laughter.
All the world's a stage. Western culture says, "Know yourself." The Eastern says, "Become yourself." The world is ready for a meeting of these two in "Proverbial Laughter of the World."
