This week's episode of RAW Health Radio sees me chatting to Dr Robert Brody, ND about one of my favorite topics - individualised nutrition.
I've been saying for a really, really long time that there can never be a one-size-fits-all diet - just like there can never be one perfect exercise program for everybody. Dr Brody brings us the inside knowledge on the science behind the concept of why we all need to eat differently.
- What foods do (and don't) work for certain blood types
- How people with different blood types will respond to the same stress (and what to do about it)
- How our ancestral lineage dictates what will and won't work for us nutritionally

Born and raised in the small farming community of Spiritwood, Saskatchewan, Brody Siebert grew up in a family full of musical talent. He flew down to Nashville in November of 2014 where he recorded three songs. One of the songs titled "Lay It On Me Tonight" came out the gate with lots of hometown support where it spent 4 days as the number one requested song on Saskatoon's 92.9 The Bull and hit number 85 on the Country Mediabase charts in its first month at radio
DIRT ROAD ANGELS
The five talented, creative and seasoned recording artists that make up Alberta's Dirt Road Angels are: Shawna Lynne, Shila Marie, Danita, Karen Claypool and Dahlia Wakefield. Their brand new album is called Paint The Town Red. It features catchy country rock songs such as the title track, which is their first single; the upbeat and fun song "Make Me Wanna"; they get tender on "Memories" and show their heartwarming side on "Best Friend." All are songs they wrote and performed at their 2014 Canadian Country Music Association Diamonds in the Rough showcase.
Country music became Curtis Braly's first love. While in school, he took advantage of every performing opportunity given to him. In the eighth grade, he won first place in a talent contest singing "Old Time Rock-n-Roll". That set things in motion for Curtis to seriously pursue performing live. "Something magical happened to me on that stage," he said. "I knew that music was my destiny, there is no other feeling like it!" This Texas artist's latest single is called "Doors Closing Everywhere."

On this show I am sharing a sermon I gave on June 21, 201t called "The Next Lane." Here is some of what I said...
There have been times, when I sat down on the bike at the gym, to glance over and see the guy next to me up to five, six or seven miles. For a second, I think I can’t catch up until I remember he started peddling about 15 min before I sat down.
A company chartered a ship for its top sales people. When they arrived at the dock, they swarmed aboard and headed for their cabins. A minute later one salesman was on deck demanding to see the Captain. One of the officers asked if he could help. "My friend has a much better cabin!" the salesman said. "I did as good a job as he did and I want a cabin just like his."
"Sir," the officer replied, "The cabins are identical."
"Yeah," said the man, "but his cabin looks out on the ocean and my cabin looks out on this old dock."
The man had become so absorbed with playing the comparison game that he became blind to the obvious-the ship would soon be on the ocean and all the views would be the same.
Have you ever noticed that we are perfectly content with what we have-until we compare what we have with what someone else has?
2 Corinthians 10:12 Living Bible (TLB) - 12 Oh, don’t worry, I wouldn’t dare say that I am as wonderful as these other men who tell you how good they are! Their trouble is that they are only comparing themselves with each other and measuring themselves against their own little ideas. What stupidity!
We, often, forget that the guy or gal in the next lane has their own story and we don’t know the details.
