August 14th at 9am, United States history will be made in Dixie County, Florida. But not just US history, but human history too.
Missing Thirteenth Amendement
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.(1)
Shane Krauser and his co-hosts, Donnie and Chappy, aren't taking Labor Day off. They're bringing a great program to you on liberty, American exceptionalism, and the dangers of abandoning our charters of freedom. During this show, they cover the following:
1. A husband and wife, who were fined $13,000 and told they could not discriminate against same-sex couples after refusing to allow a gay wedding on their New York farm, have announced that they will "no longer host any wedding ceremonies on their property." What does the Free Exercise clause of the First Amendment mean anyways?
2. North Carolina is putting a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the ballot (SB399) which would allow criminal defendants to waive their right to a jury trial.
3. Stupid things that the government spends money on.
4. The University of Oregon has dropped the unconstitutional conduct charges it filed against a student based on a four-word joke wholly protected by the First Amendment.
5. Senator Harry Reid is being shown the door, as Southern Utah University removes his name from one of the college buildings.

Anna Yeisley and Red Beckman speak about the Convention of the States and a Fully Informed Grand Jury
U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill told The AP she’s pushing for federal and local investigations to be completed around the same time so that all evidence in the case can be made public — a step many consider important should prosecutors decide not to charge the officer. McCaskill, a former prosecutor in Missouri, said she’s hopeful the physical evidence in the case — including blood spatter patterns, clothing and shell casings — will provide “incontrovertible facts” about what happened during the shooting.
Will the evidence in the matter to the 9 person white jury and the racist prosecutor,No.
CONVERSATION WITH RED BECKMAN
Throughout history of free governments, the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God continue to be the standard bearer in terms of what is good and what is not good government and what is good and what is not good behavior in people or in government.
There has always been two opposing laws. Being in alignment with the Laws of Nature ensure freedom, peace, truth, justice, prosperity and hope. Opposing these Laws of Nature is why America is so close to losing all the she's worked for.
Tonight's discussion will once again center around the law and how to uphold it.

Charged with assessing how rising sea levels "will most likely affect the City of San Francisco," and what the City is doing to address the challenge, the Grand Jury notes, "We are currently at the cusp of the future in terms of sustainability." It adds, "The threat is real; the time to act is now."
Join host Mitch Chester for a quick review of major points contained in the report.
