"Jumping Off The Celibacy Wagon" - The LADY JAZ LIVE Show on KLJN 107.7

    in Romance

The LADY JAZ LIVE Show - "JUMPING OFF THE WAGON"

With my special returning guest: The Controversial Counselor, David Glover.

Also, of course, L&R Admins will be posted up to have this conversation with me. I'd like to hear from some of you. Who's considering getting off (no pun intended) the wagon? Who is ready to unload (no pun intended) their blessings on another. Well, believe it or not, it's going down (no pun intended) everyday.

Men and women are making the choice to lay down (no pun intended) the celibacy title even if only for one night (in my Luther Vandross voice).

Did Lady Jaz The Entertainer jump off the celibacy wagon after being on it for 13 years? You'll just have to wait to listen to the show. You may be surprised!

    Tools for Inspiration Week 3

    in Spirituality

This is the third week of our Inspirational Tool Kit for the Holidays and Michelle and Lauren have 3 more tools to empower you to be easy with yourselves during the end of year maddness...

Get a massage.  A good massage therapist can move out the kinks that keep us uptight and unhappy.  Ask a friend who they can recommend if you don’t know of any in your area.

Mediation will put you in a quieter space that will open up the channels to your higher self and your best guidance. Pick one that suits you, if you find you can’t sit still, do a walking meditation.  Listening to your heartbeat and focusing on your breath while you walk in a slow conscious way.  Pay attention to your inner environment.  Chant I LOVE YOU to your heart whether you believe it or not.

Acupuncture, a healing modality for your whole being.  This is powerful medicine and will do so much for your well being.  Like massage, ask someone if they can recommend a good acupuncturist.   Ask for a WELL BEING treatment.

Gratitude LIst expansion.  Keep the list growning and you will be amazed at how much you do appricate your life and all that it entails.

We look forward to talking with you all and if you wish to be a part of the conversation, live, let us know before the show by emailing us at happy@jumpingforjoy4.us or on our Facebook page Jumping For Joy.  We would love to have you join us.

Ep. 3: In Full Bloom with Corinne Kessel

    in Business

A look-back on one of the most popular episodes since Jumping the Gap began - Episode 3: Corinne Kessel, principal of the custom design-built company, Greenscape Design and Decor. Find out how Corinne rose through the ranks in her company, bought it out, ran it into the ground, and rebuilt her million dollar company!

What key practice made the difference in order for her to restore, grow and scale her business?

"Know your financials. You have to know your financials. You can't be scared of numbers. . . You have to know what a PNL is, you have to know what your cash flow is, and you have to know what your balance sheets are. You have to understand what profitability is." - Corinne Kessel

Inspirational Tool Kit, keeping balanced through the end of year Holidays.

    in Spirituality

This week Lauren and Michelle are starting with an Inspirational Tool Kit that will get you through the Holidays.  Many people get the blues at this time of year and the next 4 shows will be focused on helping you be inspired toward a happy and joy filled attitude.

    Week 1 - Nov 16th

                   1. Have a list of friends to call when things get rough though this time. People with a known track record of being upbeat and positive and agree to take your all any time.   Email happy@jumpingforjoy4.us and one of us will contact you right away.

                   2. Have some books on hand that will uplift you with a life giving message.

Take time to browse though any large bookstore in their Self Help or Spiritual sections, for just the right words to help you feel inspired.

                   3. Be Creative.  Get your creative juices going by painting, drawing, Zentangle, sewing, knitting, whatever tickles your fancy.  While at the bookstore browse though the Arts and Crafts section and start that new project you know you have been waiting to do.  NOW is the time.   Our FaceBook page is Jumping For Joy.  Leave a message and we will be happy to help you get started.

                   4. Start a Gratitude list.  This is a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life.  Keep it simple and refer to it daily.  Write out a new list as you get inspired

"JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS" - On The LADY JAZ LIVE Show

    in Radio

    JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS...-----.....CALL to listen (347) 237-5342.

Assumptions are dangerous things to make, and like all dangerous things to make -- bombs, for instance, or strawberry shortcake -- if you make even the tiniest mistake you can find yourself in terrible trouble.

Making assumptions simply means believing things are a certain way with little or no evidence that shows you are correct, and you can see at once how this can lead to terrible trouble.

For instance, one morning you might wake up and make the assumption that your bed was in the same place that it always was, even though you would have no real evidence that this was so.

But when you got out of your bed, you might discover that it had floated out to sea, and now you would be in terrible trouble all because of the incorrect assumption that you'd made. You can see that it is better not to make too many assumptions, particularly in the morning.
