    Olympian Julia Clukey

    in Sports

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Olympian Julia Clukey.

The 2006-2007 season was particularly important for Julia’s Olympic aspirations. After narrowly making the team for the past year and a half, she returned to competition and raced to a career-best 4th place finish at the Verizon U.S. National Championships. Her success caught the attention of her teammates, her competitors and even surprised herself.

“That was a big step for me. I established to my peers that I could compete among the best in the world. The 4th place finish gave me the confidence I needed to keep following my dream,” said Clukey.

At her first World Championship event in Igls, Austria in 2007, she finished 8th.

She finished in 4th place at the 2007-08 World Cup in Lake Placid and prides herself on being a fourth-time International Start Champion.

In November 2008, Julia again notched her career-best finish in a World Cup competition in Lake Placid, New York when she finished in 4th place, missing the podium by just .04 seconds. The time was also one of her four top-10 finishes during the 2007-08 World Cup season. In addition to her best race time, Julia is a four-time International Start Champion.

In 2010, Clukey reached one of her goals by qualifying for the U.S. Olympic team. For the first time in her career she competed in front of a national television audience at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, where she finished 17th.

In 2010-2011, Julia continued to climb in the World Cup rankings with top 15 finishes. She posted strong times in December that include a 1st place finish in a Nation’s Cup event and a 5th place finish in a World Cup Event at Park City, Utah in late December.

THE MANY FACES OF JULIA THE WHORE OF ROME!

    in Religion

Since I've been talking a lot about Rome recently in regards to cetain attitudes and practices that contributed to it's downfall. I wanted to talk about TODAY about the historical Julias of Rome and their fame of "infidelity, adultery and whoredom" in comparison to the parallels of the modern day Julias like the woman I have loved for 8 years now and who betrayed me and "backstabbed" me following the same patterns of her earlier Ancient Roman counterparts, Julia Mayor!

You know it's no accident that the Hollywood directors and producers of the film: "LADY IN RED" which is symbolic of "THE GREAT WHORE OF BABYLON" in Rev, 17, who is described as seated upon a GREAT beast wearing SCARLET (RED), decided to cast actress Julia Roberts for the main role as a "hooker", "street walker" prostitute that a wealthy successful man portrayed by Richard Gere would try to change.

I asure you that after all the research I've done this will turn out to be a "VERY INTERESTING" SHOW INDEED!

    Julia Schopick: Honest Medicine

    in Self Help

As Dr. Michael Platt said during his recent appearance on Full Power Living, modern medicine is dictated by……drumroll……the pharmaceutical industry! It’s no wonder that every time you interact with today’s media you hear about another medicine for a common medical condition (and its long, long list of possible—and oftentimes horrible–side effects). What’s particularly sad is that these medications usually don’t address the cause of the illness, either. “Relieve the symptoms” seems to be the catchword of medicine these days. Enter Dr. Julia Schopick with her Amazon best-seller HONEST MEDICINE: Effective, Time-Tested, Inexpensive Treatments for Life Threatening Diseases. She’s offering a return to the times of my childhood, when I lived with my grandparents on their farm, many tedious miles from any doctor.

Just like everything else these days, medicine is going through a metamorphosis. Doctors work hard. They spend years learning their craft. Most of them care a great deal about the patients they see. I can’t wait to find out what Julia Schopick has found out about treatments that actually work to heal conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Liver Disease, Lupus, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
