Corruption is the abuse of power by a public official for private gain or any organized, interdependent system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system's original purpose. The abuse of public offices for private gain is paradigmatic of corruption.
A common belief is that corruption is a judge taking bribes. The definition exceeds this theory. Corruption describes any organized, interdependent system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system's original purpose.
Corrupt judicial systems not only violate the basic right to equality before the law but deny procedural rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
While corruption may facilitate criminal enterprise such as drug trafficking, money laundering, and mail fraud.; it is not restricted to these activities. In this country, corruption is so common that it is expected when ordinary businesses or citizens interact with government officials. The end-point of political corruption is akleptocracy, literally "rule by thieves".

According to A-Just Cause, an organization dedicated to stopping wrongful convictions, the mostly Black executives of IRP Solutions are allegedly victims of prosecutorial and judicial misconduct.
A–Just Cause, and other published reports, claim that IRP Solutions was developing software specifically for law enforcement needs. Apparently other large corporations (after receiving several hundred million dollars) were unable to develop suitable software for law enforcement needs. Arguably, IRP Solutions had developed the best software suitable for local law enforcement, and national security usage. According to A-Just Cause, IRP Solutions used the services of Staffing Agencies to pay the salaries of IT technicians needed to modify the software to meet the needs of specific law enforcement agencies such as the Philadelphia police department, the New York City police department, and other agencies. Still, the IRP executives were investigated for committing fraud upon the staffing companies, indicted and convicted.
What role if any did major corporations play in stopping the progress of a startup innovative mostly Black company that had out performed them? What incidents of prosecutorial and judicial misconduct occurred in this (09-CR-00266-CMA) case?
On Thursday June 13, 2013 at 6:00 PM eastern time, our guests will be Samuel Thurman and Cliff Stewart, spokespersons for A-Just Cause. Join us for this extended segment of the Justice For All Show!
So what happens when you believe that your civil rights have been violated by the LAPD or the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department? If you believe that you have been the victim of abuse by law enforcement than you have the right to report the incident and to file a lawsuit against the law enforcement agency, but the entire process can be a nightmare for individuals who do not understand the legal process of making a Government claim and therefore many incidents of police misconduct and abuse go unreported or fall into the cracks because there are very strict legal guidelines which must be followed along with a very narrow widow of time to file your grievance or lawsuit known as the “statute of limitation.” A statute of limitations is the deadline for filing a lawsuit. Most lawsuits MUST be filed within a certain amount of time. In general, once the statute of limitations on a case “runs out,” the legal claim is not valid any longer. In most cases, the victim of police abuse only has 6 months to file a claim against the government.
What is a Government Tort Claim? When a representative of the State of California or LA government is negligent and results in injury, there is a significant list of requirements that must be met and regulations that must be followed. There is a statute of limitations that further inhibits ability to file and win suits.
Join Carlos Montenegro to discuss the “pros & cons” of filing a Government claim and how to successfully file a personal injury claim against the City or County of Los Angeles for police misconduct.
AND NOW... THE ARREST WARRANT - CPA, PATRICIA SMALLS, from West New York, New Jersey, UPDATES us on her concise journey and tells of her "Joan Of Arc" type efforts to stave off a barrage of legal and judicial tactics from Co-Op Building Managers, Police Officers, lawyers and Judges, as they squeeze to seize her $250,000 Co-Op Apartment. /// HOW IS SHE COMPETING AGAINST SUCH ODDS??? Will Justice Ever Be Served??? Listen and you be the judge.
Join us tonight as we once again address an extremely sensitive topic of Police brutality and Race in America. As the cries of injustice are heard LOUDLY all around the globe one question remains. WHEN will it finally end? When will those we trust with our safety and hold to a HIGHER standard be made to be held accountable for THEIR actions? Is truth and justice only for the “few” and underrepresented? From a possible lynching in Mississippi to mass police brutality around the country this is for certain. THE PEOPLE are becoming fed up. Tonight we will open up an honest, heartfelt but cut to the chase discussion about race and the police in America. Join us as both white and black everyone in between weighs in with their honest thoughts about this hot button issue. And at 9pm join us for a countdown leading up to what some are calling a fight of the Ages, Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Can and will this showdown be one to remember? Will it live up to all the hype? Chime in on lets hear your thoughts on this historical match up!! www.realtalkallthetime.com The call in is 347-637-3010. 7:30pm Tuesday Night April 28th!!
Tonight Sool andMs. Baaba will discuss what type of political organization Black people should form, how much of a difference body cameras on cops will make, the judicial system, is Tidal really owned by Jay-Z, and the lack of Black people in tech.
When Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced that charges would be filed against six Baltimore police officers in the death of Freddie Gray, did anyone assume that these officers were all white men? Who would think there would be three black officers involved in the death of young black man when the statistic are so high when it comes to officer involved shootings of blacks.
The three black officers, Caesar R. Goodson, William G. Porter and Sergeant Alicia D. White all had a choice of involvement. Did the Blue Code take precedence over the human rights of this black man?
Join Hot Topics Talk Radio as they sit down for an in-depth discussion regarding this very controversial issue that continues to raise questions about the loyalty of Black Law Enforcement Officers.

Hr1 Don't just spew the Party line... share facts in a respectful manner.
They government adjusted the economic indicators again so it doesn't look as bad as it really is. GDP has been "adjusted" again. To maintain current misery level we need a 2.0 GDP. Anything above that is gravy. Below that is miserable. Originally, they said the 1st quarter was 2.0. Now it's been adjusted to .7!!!! We're screwed!
Dr. Tom Borelli, what does the EPA have to do with sex and ? Yep!
Hr2 Why is it only ethnic minorities get safes paces? Justifying reverse discrimination. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr would be rolling over in his grave. Undoing the work he did.
Angelique Clark talks about the difficulty she's had starting a pro-life Students for Life club on her high school campus. Even her pro-choice friends supported her right to start a pro-life club on campus.
Hillary Clinton touts her Biblical knowledge and speaks about her faith. It would go alot further if her voting record and actions were a reflection of it.
Hr3 No more husband and wife in California.
Alabama Senate passes bill to end the practice of licensing marriages. That'll end the controversy!
In papers obtained by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection admitted that on June 26, 2014, a Mexican military helicopter crossed into American airspace and fired on Border Patrol personnel in what’s described as a “clearly marked position.” And we did.... NOTHING?!?!?
