Bianca T. Stephens is the founder and visionary behind WORLDWIDE HYDROCEPHALUS FOUNDATION, INC, After her own experience with hydrocephalus in 2008 she was compelled and inspired to alarm the public about hydrocephalus. Her vision began in 2010, 2 years after her recovery when she realize how limited information was for the brain condition. ??
??WORLDWIDE HYDROCEPHALUS FOUNDATION, INC began with a simple idea of shaving her head to show her scars from two brain surgeries. She knew this would be an attention getter. It would also get people asking about the scars on her head which would lead her to explain what hydrocephalus is.
This documentary unmasks all things about hydrocephalus; visiting 6 of the 7 continents on the globe. Through her strong support group and worldwide following she has been able to meet neurosurgeons and interview others with hydrocephalus all over the world. Carrying the torch of hydrocephalus awareness is an exaggeration. She is only the mouthpiece for the masses worldwide whom live with hydrocephalus. More research, awareness, support groups and updated treatment options are needed for them. ?

Right to counsel is violated every day.
Every day in thousands of courtrooms across the nation, from trial courts that handle felony cases to limited jurisdiction justice of the peace courts, the right to counsel is violated. Leadership to make change must be driven by state leaders. Leadership to make change must be driven by state Supreme Court justices and judges at every other level. Bar leaders and ordinary citizens must speak out for fairness.
Judges conduct hearings in which people accused of crimes and children accused of delinquency appear without lawyers. Some are middle class and therefore not eligible for appointed lawyers. Many plead guilty without lawyers. Others plead guilty and are sentenced after learning about plea offers from lawyers they met moments before. They are afraid and intimidated by the courts. Innocent people plead guilty to get out of jail. Too many plead guilty with no idea that there are collateral consequences that could change their lives.
Can today’s reality be changed? There is no substitute for adequate and stable financing of the right to counsel. The system of justice and its leaders must take a stronger stance against inadequate representation.Convicting innocent people is unacceptable in a civilized society, and the odds of that happening increase dramatically if the standard of acceptable practice in giving lawyers to the poor remains what it is today.

Premise-Does God tell us not to judge?
Bibles answer-No He does not.
Lets let God decide whose right or wrong, by examining His Word!

A Snowbiznow Exclusive! Hear the inside scoop directly from Judge Vaughn R. Walker as explained to attendees of the Harvey Milk Diversity Breakfast in May, 2013.
In 2010, Judge Vaughn R. Walker began trying Perry v Schwarzenegger, a federal-constitutional challenge to California Proposition 8, a voter initiative constitutional amendment that eliminated the right of same sex couples to marry. On August 4, 2010, Judge Walker ruled that Proposition 8 was unconstitutional “under both the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses” of the United States Constitution and prohibited its enforcement. That decision was affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on February 12, 2012, and sent to SCOTUS.

Ms. Verraneault is currently working with the Connecticut Judicial Committee to amend current laws and introduce new language that will provide family court judges the ability to act swiftly when alienation is identified and to impose sanctions as a deterrent to the parent who is consciously or unconsciously alienating their child. Ms. Verraneault is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem for the State of Connecticut and has been instrumental, along with her fiancé Jerry Mastrangelo, an alienated father of triplets in having the Connecticut Judicial Committee vote unanimously to form a task force in order to investigate how these cases are being handled in family courts across Connecticut.
