Mission
People are born with so much potential and so many gifts, but sadly, they rarely maximize their potential or use their abundance of gifts! Why? Because more often than not they are unable to tap into their resources because of their lack of belief in themselves . Our mission here at A R Success. is to encourage people to build their self esteem, empower them to see their true self worth, support them to embrace their gifts, talents and unique abilities, inspire them to realize their magical essence and to share with the world the treasure of who they are really meant to be… so that each person will experience the success and happiness our creator put in us.

Jean Stapleton, the character actress whose portrayal of a slow-witted, big-hearted and submissive — up to a point — housewife on the groundbreaking series “All in the Family” made her, along with Mary Tyler Moore and Bea Arthur, not only one of the foremost women in television comedy in the 1970s but a symbol of emergent feminism in American popular culture, died on Friday at her home in New York City. She was 90.New York Times
All in the Family writer-producer Norman Lear said “No one gave more profound 'How to be a Human Being' lessons than Jean Stapleton,” while her costar Rob Reiner called her a “brilliant comedienne with exquisite timing.”

CD Speak UP! Rebroadcast with Jean Ann Williams
by Christian Devotions in Christianity
Tags: Jesus Christ Bible suicide encourage loss
Jean Ann Williams lost her twenty-five year old son Joshua to suicide on March 16, 2004. The loss has been horrific, but God has been merciful. Jean learned through the grieving process God does not forsake his Children, even when they have the worst attitude possible and are in tremendous agony. Jean understands this is an important way we grow closer to Lord God: through not letting go of Him in our suffering.
So profound was Jean Ann’s experience with a loving God, she decided to create a blog to share what God had done for her. She hoped to help other mothers who may be going through a journey of loss. In 2009, the Love Truth: Hope After Suicide site became a reality.
Jean Ann is a multi-published author through periodicals and book anthologies. She began her career as a children’s writer, and more recently has published short stories and devotions for the adult audience. Jean Ann’s writing is featured in three anthologies: Love Is A Verb: 365 Daily Inspirations to Keep Love Alive by Gary Chapman; Celebrating Christmas with . . . Memories, Poetry, and Good Food by Editor Donna Clark Goodrich; Grandmother, Mother and Me: Memories, Poetry and Good Food by Editor Donna Clark Goodrich. Currently, she writes for the Open To Hope Foundation, Inspire A Fire, and The Nugget E-zine.
Jean Ann lives with Jim her husband of forty-two years in a small valley of Southern Oregon. They maintain a small goat farm on what Jean Ann calls God’s Acre. She and Jim have a son and daughter remaining and between them have been blessed with thirteen grandchildren.

The Conversion of Ann Ammar
by The David L Gray Show in Christianity
Tags: Religion Catholic Church Apologetics Ann Weber Ammar Agnostic
On Sunday, June 9 2013, I had poet, writer, and composer Ann Weber Ammar on the show. We had really interesting and full program talking about her conversion to the Catholic Church. Her journey to the Church came after periods of Agnosticism, secular pursuits, two years of studying Jehovah Witnessism, and Evangelical Catholicism. Ann talked about a number of occasions when God stepped out of eternity to encounter her and give her gentle nudges of graces. The song heard at the end of the program is ‘Walking By Faith’. It was composed by Ann Ammar and a part of the ministry that God has given her and teammate Marianne. You can find out more details about her rich journey and some of the work she is doing at her blog (http://walkingwithourlord.wordpress.com/) and their website (http://www.walkingwithourjesus.com/) where Ann’s inspirational faith testimonies, spiritual poems, original songs and lyrics inspired by the Holy Spirit are contained This was one of the most interesting conversion stories I've ever heard. Very rich! Listening to the archived broadcast is definitely worth your time.
