We just can't get over the fact that our guest today was born in Saudi Arabia and lived there for the first chunk of childhood! WE CAN'T! Amber Nelson (Comedy Central, Just For Laugh's Festival) joins us in the studio to discuss the importance of committing 100% to any crowd as well as the dangers in slashing Saudi Arabian prince's tires. Juicy, international tales from childhood are all over this ep, including the times Amber's mom would bust into nursing homes and put on a two-woman show with lil Amber as a solo singer. Who's Amber dating? WE FOUND OUT! AND WHEN YOU DO AS WELL YOU WILL ALSO GO, "WOWZA WHAT A GREAT COUPLE". No phone call to Ursula who is feeling under the weather/fever-ish but do we send her blessings at the end of the pod? OF COURSE WE DO!

With the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, Shiites in the region felt encouraged to try and secure equal treatment as that given to Sunni's. Shiites in Saudi Arabia were very receptive to Khomeini and his attacks on the Saudi royal family on the grounds that Islam and hereditary kingship are not compatible. As a result, 1979 saw a marked increase in the mobilisation of the Shiite community in Saudi Arabia, with demonstrations often being centered around Shiite festivals. The celebration of these festivals, including that of the Day of Ashura, was banned.
Also, a secret deal with Israel and Saudi arm's deal to Sudan which was clandestine in 1981 between some of Ariel Sharon's private business partners, a Saudi attache and an African leader that would suppress Libya and beef up military in Eastern Africa. I also play footage of intensity of Israel-Lebanese conflict of 1982.
There's a downside to the cheap gasoline you see at the pump.
It's cheap because Saudi Arabia is intentionally dumping oil on the markets at a price that other oil producers have trouble matching.
International economies are being put under stress by the Saudi moves.
Is this capitalism, as some insist, or are the Saudis perpetrating global economic warfare?
Meanwhile, adherents to Islam continue waging more typical terrorism on the West.
Obama skipped Paris as international leaders rallied there to denounce recent attacks. Obama, meanwhile, has released more long-detained Jihadists from Gitmo. Coincidence?
If there's any good coming out of the Paris attacks, maybe it's that more people have begun to question the Left's doctrine of multiculturalism.
Don and Doug will take up these matters and more, Friday at 1:00 pm EST, as we continue to connect the dots in perilous times.
In this podcast, we will discuss biblical covenants and answer the following questions:
Do the Ishmaelites have a covenant with the Most High?
Who are these people today?
Which one of Abraham's sons was deemed to be sacrificed -- Isaac or Ishmael?
Did Ishmael take the place of the Israelites?
Who has the covenant of promise?
Feel free to call in, ask your questions and make your statements.

This week former Defense Department spokesperson and current Fox News contributor J. D. Gordon joins Graceland to discuss the Islamic State and the global war on terror. Are we beating ISIS? Are we losing? Can we even tell at this point?
Gordon explains how this is an ideological war and what the West must do to counteract that.
We also discuss Guantanamo Bay. Should the United States close down Gitmo and turn it over to the Castros? Could it become a base for terrorists that are cozy with Cuba? Gordon offers some interesting scenarios on this.
Jennifer Meadows and Curtice Mang are also joined by radio and TV personality from Memphis, TN, Charles Johnson. “The Great Black Hope” as he’s affectionately known will offer his observations on Hillary Clinton and her email problems. She used only her personal email account not a State Department email account for “convenience.” Yes, it makes us laugh too!
Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton and 46 other Senators send a letter to Iran telling them that whatever Obama agrees to without the consent of Congress can be undone by the next President. Not an unreasonable possibility. The Obama administration and other Democrats aren’t happy about it. We will have some comments on this as well.
Tune into Graceland with Jennifer Meadows for lively discussion on important topics.
