Why do some lack confidence and hold themselves back? Usually it's negative programming and negative self-talk. You received negative messages from outside of you and you carry them in your subconscious. Changing your thoughts about yourself and changing your self-talk from negative to positive will help you with your self-confidence. Learning who you are and loving who you are will open up your world.
