Just Jesus No Additives Pt:7 The Doctrine Of Inclusion

    in Christianity

As we come to the end of this topic, I want to take a look at probably the most dangerous under the radar teaching that will play a part of many being damned thinking they are going to heaven to be with the Most High. We will take a look at this doctrine and compare and contrast it side by side with new age teachings and see that the bible has warned us about these false teachers and their doctrines.

    The Error of Inclusion

    in Religion

To paraphrase an old saying, "All that comes to you is not all that is for you."

Among the difficult chores involved with living any chosen lifestyle is keeping those elements, that are inconsistent with that lifestyle, out. It is no different than tending a garden: those plants which grow most quickly and easily are not ones you seek to raise; they must be removed, continually, for your intended garden to thrive.

Similarly, those who name the name of Christ need, not only to depart from iniquity, but also to identify that iniquity which must depart from them. They also must be able and willing to identify and reject that which easily comes to, but has no place with, them. Of course, this requires the dismissal of many fine-sounding ideas, and of the people adhered to them...

Because it remains true, "Evil communication corrupts good manners."

Neurodiversity Radio: Founder/Director of Inclusion Teaming

    in Spirituality

Catherine Hogan is the Founder and Director of Inclusion Teaming, a non profit corporation.   The mission of Inclusion Teaming is to reduce bullying and facilitate talent through communication diversity training where challenged communicators and traditional communicators learn from each other.   Catherine is a licensed clinical social worker and certified school social worker. Catherine has devoted her career to understanding behavior in terms of brain based differences. Her interest developed at Smith College where she was an active member of the 504 Committee and the Mayor's Committee on Handicapped Affairs. Catherine worked in schools for special needs learners and began to recognize how interpretation of behavior is influenced by the limits of the observer's knowledge on how other great minds process information. Catherine was also a clinical supervisor at the Yale Child Study Center and an educational advocate. She is member of the ethics committee for the National Association of Social Workers, CT Chapter. Catherine founded Inclusion Teaming because she knew that challenged communicators needed real life opportunities to practice skills and traditional communicators needed knowledge that helped them integrate others effectively in school and workplace teams.    Visit the official page of Neurodiversity Radio:  www.AuthenticYouRadio.com/Neurodiversity-Radio

Christian colleges thrust into LGBT-athlete conversation

    in LGBT

Today's episode is brought to you by AT&T. Mobilizing Your World.

If 2014 was the year of the LGBT athlete on Outsports, 2015 is becoming the year of the Christian college. Just this past week two stories have developed that again put the policies and practices of religious institutions in the spotlight. Hours after dismissing a priest for supporting the NOH8 campaign, Seton Hall signed openly gay basketball player Derrick Gordon, leaving many to wonder about double standards and how Gordon will be treated by students, faculty and administrators at the devout Christian college.

While the policy has been around for at least a year, the student-athlete handbook at LeTourneau University has come under the spotlight. The handbook bans gay athletes from dating, and it prohibits any athlete from publicly supporting same-sex marriage.

All the while, these colleges are allowed to reap the benefits and rewards of membership in the NCAA, which claims to support diversity and inclusion.

May20@10pmET CandidFrankLiveCflTalk Deon Smith Inside view of CFL Tryout

    in Football

Our deepest and sincere thank you for the immediate response requesting inclusion as cohosts on our show. I was tickled pink to get a few die hard Lady CFL Fans wishing to make a contribution, assisting me in feeling less of a troglodyte today. Living with 5 women and female cat can cast self-doubt in my opinion as man interacting with women daily outside the home. WE NEED female voices on the Program. Dozens of legitimate intelligent talented people have asked to join the team of CFL Fancasters on our Show. I make this promise to all of you, "none of us are here, will in any way reject ANYONE!". I will say this, the show will make that decision for some. Make me a promise though, don't let a decision be made by yourself or others, based on being unfair to you, please. This show has been therapy for me as has the CFL, CFLPA, CFL Alumni and all of their members. These are Wonderful big hearted group of people. Losing my ability to do what I worked hard at, and for over 50 years was a inexpiable disaster. One of my Loves of my Life, my career evaporated suddenly and painfully. Recovering is difficult, but thanks to people whose kindness, sympathy and understanding, or have like issues have helped by assisting me in finding my way towards happiness and contentment. Yes there are and have been a much smaller group of pompous judgmental people who seem to only find happiness in the misery of others. Not to mention those who don't care about anyone, even them. Our group rejects that behaviour in lieu of mutual respect. When this idea was hatched in my little brain, it was about Our Game, Our League, Our Teams, Our Players, Owners and most of all Our Fans whom I have grown to love and cherish. I seek forgiveness and understanding because I am only human after all. My penance is this gift of the Candid Frank LIve CFL Talk Show which I offer to anyone and everyone who pulls for the extremely lovable underdog the CFL, as we do the Fancasters here.
