Creating leverage in life and business may sound generic, but I can assure you that this show will be anything but.
My guest today, Jason Hartman, is going to give us very specific strategies and techniques for business owners to use.
We're going to learn how to mix real estate investing and entrepreneurship.
And he's going to share 3 major areas you want to apply leverage in your life and business...one of these I have never even thought of!
Choosing a business lawyer is a part of doing business--not an option for conducting business. From ensuring proper compliance with local licensing requirements to state and inter-state code compliance, is essential to keep you OFF the courthouse steps and allow your business to prosper as intended. From flexibility in pricing to quick turnaround on the contracts your business requires to name a few, makes choosing the right attorney far more important for your business budget then you might imagine.
Join Bill, Rick and Steve to discuss this important criteria so that the business goals you envision can be met free from worry and with an eye only toward prosperity.

Home based business adn business from home is the fastest growing sector in the US economy. Are you in? Are you prepared? Do you have goals?
Every day we witness the sweat, blood, and tears that owners have invested in their companies. Perhaps more importantly, we’ve seen some of the most unique companies, run by some of the most amazing business owners, many of whom are breaking all the ‘traditional rules’ of business. Do you have any idea what unreasonable limits you might have you placed on your own success? It’s time to find out. Tune in today!
When you’ve started your business, you certainly had a very simple and clear idea on what you wanted to do. You wanted to sell a product in which you believed, or maybe you have some services to offer and you’re very good at what you do. However, after a while, things become quite complex in the business world. You have to keep track of your accounting and sales teams, of your marketing people – expenses pile up in one department, and, when you try to reduce them, something else comes crashing in another department – and, to make things worse, the competition seems to handle all these aspects effortlessly.
For a small business owner, keeping things simple is a vital way of keeping your head above the water. You cannot afford the complexity that comes with any big organization – and therefore you’ll need to externalize a great deal of the work that other companies prefer doing internally.
There’s nothing wrong with externalization – quite to the contrary, even companies that can afford to maintain their own marketing teams now prefer to outsource such services. Online marketing is a fast-moving field, and it’s impossible for someone who’s not a professional to keep track of all the changes, and to know all the tips and tricks of an insider.
Therefore, online marketing is one of the prime candidates to externalization, if you want to keep your life simple and straightforward. You’ll be able to track the results accurately, and you’ll know exactly where your money is spent, at all times.
