Todays Guest: Francis Wade
Francis Wade is the author of 2 books on time-based productivity, and the founder of Framework Consulting Inc.
Determined to make a difference, he saw his own productivity fall which sent him looking for solutions that could fit any environment. Using his affinity for research and an online teaching position at the University of Phoenix, he has been able to use the latest studies from fields such as psychology, philosophy, management and reengineering to devise a unique way for knowledge workers anywhere in the world to deal with the rapid increase demands on their time.
Working and living between the US and the Caribbean, the concepts in his books have been shared at annual conferences held by the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (Chicago, 2012), the American Society for Training and Development (Dallas, 2013) and the International Coaching Federation (Cleveland, 2014.)
His latest book is called Perfect Time-Based Productivity – A unique way to protect your peace of mind as time demands increase. An avid user of technology, he spends far too much time on social media sharing his ideas via tweets, blogs, podcasts and videos.

Being productive takes more than the right tools and supportive habits. This is one reason why my approach to helping people get things done is a holistic one. I look at things on all levels, one of them being physical.
That level encompasses more than having your environment structured in a way that serves you. Another necessary component is diet. What you eat will either fuel or hinder your productivity. How many times have you stopped working to eat lunch, come back to what you were were working on and just not had the energy or capacity to continue with the same focus or to continue at all? You might also find that there are times in the day when you lose concentration.
Then there are those times when you're on the go all day so you either miss out on meals or end up eating things that you know you shouldn't eat, but you do because it's what's available, sucomming to the horrors of fast food. What's convenient isn't necessarily what's good for you. It's easy to give into the excuse of not having the time to prepare proper meals or to shop, but you're paying the price both physically and when it comes to getting things off your to-do list.
Simply put, food impacts your prodcutivity. It's time to look at what you're eating that diminishes your productivity and make a shift to fueling your prodcutivity. During this broadcast I'm going to show you how what you're eating is eating away at your productiity and help you see how changing what you eat can contribute to increasing your productivity by 20%.

The house of Israel acquired many possessions and multiplied exceedingly during the course of seventeen years, even through the worst of the seven-year famine. At this time, Joseph’s father was 147 years old and bedridden. He had fallen ill and lost most of his vision. Joseph was called into his father’s house and Israel pleaded with his son that he not be buried in Egypt. Rather, he requested to be carried to the land of Canaan to be buried with his forefathers. Joseph was sworn to do as his father asked of him. (Genesis 47:27-31)
Later, Joseph came to visit his father having with him his two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh. Israel declared that they would be heirs to the inheritance of the house of Israel, as if they were his own children, just as Reuben and Simeon were. Then Israel laid his left hand on the eldest Mannasseh’s head and his right hand on the youngest Ephraim’s head and blessed Joseph. However, Joseph was displeased that his father’s right hand was not on the head of his firstborn, so he switched his father’s hands. But Israel refused saying, “but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he.” A declaration he made just as Israel himself was to his firstborn brother Esau. To Joseph, he gave a portion more of Canaanite property than he had to his other sons; land that he fought for against the Amorites. (Genesis 48:1-22)

Time travel dreams can also be psychic dreams as well. In a time travel dream, however, you can go to the past and often you will be in a different era which stems from your past lifetime.
Many people developing psychic abilities will have a lucid or psychic dream. I will tell you how to increase your ability to have these lucid or psychic dreams. I want you to remember every detail about your dream and write it in a dream journal. This is how I started getting more psychic. It will help your own personal life nd also warn you of disasters or tragedies which sometimes can be prevented.
I will also do psychic readings.
