Despite decades of eating well, exercising and taking care of his body, Dan Holtz found his health deteriorating in the mid-1990s. Within a few short years, he went from the picture of health to noticing an ever-increasing bodyfat percentage. He also noticed that his immune system was not as strong as it used to be.
