The Greek physician, Hippocrates, known as the father of modern medicine, said "Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work. Our food should be our medicine. Our medicine our food."
Quite often Christians do not practice what they preach. As per the Divine inspiration that I receive from the Lord, A true Christian servant would never practice the "art" of backstabbing. We must be responsible to the Lord and our neighbors for all our actions not only the ones veiwed by those neighbors. Remember the Lord sees all and knows all. Backstabbing behavior only hurts the perpitrator.
Tune in for this exciting and somewhat controversial broadcast.
I will be there, will you

Do you know that 1 in 8 women suffer from postpartum depression (PPD), according to Postpartum Support International (PSI)?
"Maternal illness is not new. It was recognized as early as the fifth century B.C., when Hippocrates proposed that fluid from the uterus could flow to the head after childbirth and cause delirium. In the Middle Ages, mothers with such symptoms were viewed as witches or victims of witchcraft. " Belluck, P. (2014, June 15). Thinking of Ways to Harm Her. The New York Times. Retrieved from http://www.nytimes.com
We've come a long way in understanding postpartum depression but we still need to work on de-stigmatizing the illness, and raise awareness on what PPD is, and most importantly, we need to implement successful tools to identify women mostly vulnerable to PPD, so treatment can start as soon as possible.

Our soul winning quote today is from Rick Warren. He said: "God deliberately shaped and formed you to serve him in a way that makes your ministry unique...God never wastes anything. He would not give you the abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality, and life experiences unless he intended to use them for his glory."

Evangelism Is...Being Yourself
Four Common Personality Types
Perhaps the most common way of discussing and understanding common personalities is through the lens of four personality types. As best we can tell, this way of understanding personality goes back before the time of Christ to a man named Hippocrates.
Hippocrates was an ancient Greek physician who has been referred to as the "father of medicine." He has been credited as the author of the Hippocratic Oath, a document on the ethics of medical practice. Hippocrates believed certain human behaviors could be understood and related to the classical elements of air, water, earth, and fire. These are commonly referred to as the four temperaments: sanguine, phlegmatic, melancholic, and choleric, respectively.
How has God wired you? What is your primary personality type? How will your primary personality type impact the ways you are most comfortable and effective in doing evangelism?
In our next broadcast, we will continue to look at why evangelism is...being yourself.
