I called it by by different names; addiction, sensitivity, artist, all trying to explain, define, understand, and diagnose why life why always so hard for me. On today's show, let's discuss this little bugger and the ways we try to quiet that voice in our heads, the one that says we can't do anything, shouldn't do anything, aren't good enough to do anything, and do everything wrong. If you suffer from depression and anxiety, this is the episode for you.
