Go to Hell, for Heaven's sake, these are phrases that are commonly heard. What do you really believe in Heaven and Hell??? If you do what do you think they are and where are they? Are they a form of afterlife for do we all live in our heaven or hell. You've hear expressions like "living with my wife is like", well is that what you perceive hell to be. Nobody really knows because no one that I know has ever come back from an afterlife to tell me about. We'd like to get your opinion so call us at 516-595-3275 and let's stir up trouble.
Heaven seems to be a pretty popular place nowadays. Books that tell the stories of those who have died, gone to Heaven, and come back to tell about it, fly off the shelves. The Heaven is For Real movie, based on the New York Times bestselling book of the same name, opened at number one at the box office when it was released. And, according to a Religion News Service article, 74% of Americans believe there is such a place as Heaven, and in another, recent survey, 62% of Americans say they are going there.
But what about Hell? Well, 59% of Americans believe Hell is for real and 1.5% of Americans say they are going to that place of torment after they die. Vassula Ryder, author of the best-selling book Heaven is Real but So is Hell, said, "The devil's most powerful tool is convincing us that he -- and hell -- do not exist. He works subtly and silently, feeding our doubts and inadequacies, sowing dissension and creating chaos and confusion in our lives. Evil is real, and we have to know how to respond to it."
Although we much prefer the pleasures and goodness of Heaven, we must accept that Hell, too, is for real. In fact, some authors have claimed that they have experienced Hell. In one book, A Day in Hell, the author writes, "Darkness enveloped me as if thick, black ink had been poured over my eyes... Reaching to my left and my right, up and down proved the black endlessness of my confines. Cold permeated my bones — an icy, water-type cold, in that it surrounded all of me, inside and out."
In another book, 23 Minutes In Hell, the author said he was imprisoned in a tiny cell where demons viciously tore at his flesh. He said he experienced insatiable thirst while hearing "screams of an untold multitude of people crying out in torment."

Do people "have" an immortal soul, or ARE they "souls?" Is death, really death, or is it something else as Satan suggested to Eve? Do people "go to" heaven or hell at death, and where is there proof of this if they do?
There is great confusion on these topics, and we need to understand how they are deceiving many Christians into a false belief system.
Heaven: John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Revelation 22: 1-5 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
Hell: Is a place of punishment, an abode of the dead located under the surface of Earth (Hades). Modern understandings of hells often depict them abstractly, as a state of loss rather than as fiery torture literally underground.
Purgatory: according to Catholic doctrine, is an intermediate state after physical death in which those destined for heaven "undergo purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven". Only those who die in the state of grace but have not in life reached a sufficient level of holiness can be in Purgatory, and therefore no one in Purgatory will remain forever in that state or go to hell. This theological notion has ancient roots and is well-attested in early Christian literature, but the poetic conception of Purgatory as a geographically existing place is largely the creation of medieval Christian piety and imagination.

The difference in having perpetual thinking in a counter productive manner, vindictivness and revenge orientation and begging for mercy and peace and salvation when the mental dysfunction is severe, and focusing on reorientating your mind when more subtle from that thinking process is the difference between heaven and hell. Bless this show to inspire someone(s) to believe in the power of transformation when the hell onslaught triggers an usual negative response
Hollywood is smart... .Dang they smart.... Jumping on the worldly definition of "Christianity".. The Sinner's prayer, God's not Dead, Son of God, and the headliner of them all... Heaven is for ReAL...but is it leading to a "DEAD" end.
Question for you, How many line up with Scripture and not just scripts....Do we put our hope in the theology of a 4 year old boy. Do we believe Russell Crowe just because he's Russell Crowe... Or do we simply believe just because a famous pastor said something that made us feel good. January Jones with From Hell To Heaven
When you grow up in an environment where the adults violate the trust of the children, it becomes a difficult road to overcome. It takes that one person to influence your life and tell you that you deserve better and you can become something, and be somebody, if you work hard to find your way.
I want everyone to step out on limb when an opportunity arises, and lift up a struggling young child or adolescent. These are formative years for them and they need role models; lots of them. It is so easy to go down the path of least resistance which is not always the best path. It is a crime that the adults in my life during childhood did not think it important enough to protect innocent children from violence, abuse, and a sexual predator.
