It's very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My nutrition plan includes a Mediterranean like cuisine, drinking lots of water, avoiding protein in the morning that might delay the medication reaction. And of course staying active, physically and psychologically, live life to the fullest. In addition its very important not to live in isolation, go out mingle, socialize, meet friends, party, but in between get adequate rest.
