In todays episode we go to the heart of the matter. Love is all there is. We have heard and spoken about it. But most of us hurt our heart because we are afraid to love ourselves. In order to heal, we have to look at the story we tell ourselves. When our heart fails we experience lung and heart issues, breast and back problems in the thoracic region of our body. Let us look at how to heal from the emotional level.
We are born on the planet in drama and emotional struggles. Our first moment is a painful struggle for our mother and ourself. This impacts us severely. Without knowledge, our childhood journey will follow us into adulthood creating mental, emotional and physical disease.
Sonia Nadina Haynes takes you on a journey of reflection and healing to change your unconscious story. She helps you to heal in a powerful way. She is an emotional healer who works from the energetic and emotional level to help you heal your physical pain. Sonia is author of The Power Of Money, How you see money is how you see yourself, Law of Attraction In Design, Oneness, Reincarnation, Separation and Integration.

Jesus does speak the healing words to us------As your heart believes so it shall happen. Jesus does save our lives from danger when we have Him in our hearts and HE CRY OUT TO HIM. I WILL TESTIFY TO WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING SUPERNATURAL--JESUS IS WORKING SUERNATURALLY. You will see it when your heart is believing on Him. Believe with all your heart and soul and all your body might and strength in Jesus Christ. There is an over powering event happening to those who are totally believing on the Son of GOD.
Lift Your Voice And Sing Your Song!
When we were born our voices were cut. We were told for reasons that we did not understand to keep our voices down. This creates many health disorders, physically and in our relationships. It is time to open your throat and release your inner song. Access your own power and make it known to all the world.

Counselor Mandy Eppley speaks with marketing/branding specialist and philanthropist Charlie Elberson as he shares the story of how the sudden death of a colleague, who was a young mother, was a pivotal moment in his life that made him ask “am I living from my heart?” This caused a shift in his life as he started using this mantra of “living from the heart” as a compass on his journey. They also talk about how courageous it is to keep your heart open and tie this into Step 2 “Open Your Heart” from the Model of Heart-Centered Grief. During the latter part of the show they also discuss the importance of service and how giving creates and strengthens the human connection.
Charlie Elberson has the best life ever. A 30-year ad agency veteran, he helps Wray Ward’s clients create brilliant marketing and branding strategies. On top of that for seven years he’s been the Trustee of Reemprise Fund, making game-changing grants for visionary non-profits using a venture philanthropy model. In his free time Charlie plays in a middle-aged cover band, writes and cooks and keeps active at in church. He wears increasingly stronger-but-still-interesting glasses.

This One Step - Older Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse
Wednesdays we talk about finding support after breaking our silence.
Polly Moore grew up with six siblings in Mobile, Alabama, but was only 8 years old when her father died of lung cancer. Soon two neighborhood boys began to molest her, friends of her older twin brothers. A couple of years later she was assaulted by another neighbor and later by her older brother. She was able to break away from the abuse at the age of twelve, but was by then deep in the darkness of isolation. Polly is now a mother and grandmother, and has lived in Atlanta for the past 15 years. She is contemplating returning to finish her final year at Western Carolina University where she majored in Accounting, and has become a devoted advocate for adult survivors of Child Sexual Abuse.
She began her organization, This One Step, to help older survivors of Child Sexual Abuse deal with the trama of being part of what she has named, "The Unknown Generation" A generation of survivors who had nowhere to go for support. In her late teens she began writing as a coping mechanism to deal with the PTSD. Her three books, "Cider Blocks and Oven Racks", "Billy Wayne's Christmas Train" and "The Unknown Generation" will be available in early 2016. She has written many southern short stories which have been published in different publications. She is now hosting her own blogtalk radio show Monday through Friday beginning at 6:00am.
"Theta Healing is a very powerful yet gentle form of “energy” healing that resolves a wide range of physical, emotional, relationship, financial and spiritual issues. It was discovered about 20 years ago by Vianna Stibal of Idaho Falls, Idaho. According to the laws of physics, everything in the universe is made up of energy particles that vibrate at their own unique frequency. This includes your energy field (your body and aura). Your thoughts and emotions also each have their own frequency. When you are struggling and having much difficulty, your energy field needs to be realigned and rebalanced to create harmony, peace and an overall sense of well being. When this is done through Theta Healing, you will experience enhanced health, abundance, joy and ease in your life.
What makes Theta Healing a unique and powerful form of healing is that after the practitioner goes into a theta brain wave state (deep meditation), they ask for a healing from God ( Spirit or Source) for the recipient, Then the healer witnesses the healing, often getting spiritual messages for you. The job of the healer is to be a clear channel for the healing from Source or Spirit (God). To be a clear channel for healing I eat healthy, rest enough, exercise, pray and heal myself as needed."
