I can only recall one time in my life when it comes to my health, fitness, and physic where I was more excited than I am now.
It was seven and a half years ago when my former me, who was 48 pounds over weight, had sleep apnea, high blood pressure and a borderline diabetic stumbled across the HCG diet.
