The Expanding Gulf Between Light & Darkness on Let's Talk with Larry Bruce

    in Christianity

Join host Larry Bruce for a conversation with Charlana Kelly about the expanding gulf or divide between light and darkness. Christian persecution is on the rise around the world. There's a wake-up call in the Word of God to believers to be wise about the days we live in. Jesus warned and gave advice to His disciples from verses John 15:18 thru 16:2, after the last supper on their way to the Garden of Gethsemane, He warns them of the coming persecution. We need to take heed today as well. Tune in to hear more about the expanding gulf between light and darkness and how believers should position themselves for victory in the coming persecution.

Dr. Jason Williams- Stem Cell & Ablative therapy for Cancer & ALS

    in Health

Dr. Williams has had an interest in medical research at an early age. After watching his grandmother struggle with breast cancer, he set out on a journey to find a cure. In college, Dr. Williams spent his spare time in the labs and library researching gene therapy. He won many awards for his efforts.

After receiving his Medical Degree from LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, Dr. Williams became interested in a new concept: destroying cancer cells by using radiofrequency ablation of tumors. This procedure used the same minimally-invasive technique of using imaging to guide the needle straight into the tumor and instead of biopsying the tumor, it was heated and destroyed. This was already being done in the liver at other research hospitals, but was relatively new to other areas of the body.

It didn't take long for the word to spread about this new procedure, and Dr. Williams was performing ablations on many patients around the world. He won many awards including the Radiological Society of North American Resident / Fellow of the Year.

As one of the pioneers of cancer ablation, Dr. Williams founded The American Cancer Ablation Center in 2003 and began seeing patients at his office in Gulf Shores. He takes pride in being able to offer his patients the latest, most advanced medical imaging technology and procedures available to date.

AMERICAN MENTORS: A Gulf of Mistrust, Christmas Present

    in Relationships

Last week we called on friends to include 2.1 billion Christians to touch and agree that Black Lives Matter. From our 2014 Christmas narrative we learned that lynching was a widely acknowledged practice in the United States until the middle of the 20th century.  The U.S. Senate resolved to apologize for its own failure to enact anti-lynching legislation.  As Ebenezer Scrooge might observe, that should be behind us as our ghost of Christmas past.

For demonstrators taking to the streets protesting, proclaiming and declaring equal justice, it’s a new season!  The injustice is called by another name, but the results are still the same.  The numbers add up to an increase in dead folk and an ever-widening Gulf of Mistrust.

The President’s assessment of events on the streets and in the courtroom accurately portrait the problem America faces this week of Christmas present.  You can ask any of 2.1 billion Christians on earth about the jacked up arrest, trials and lynching of Jesus the Christ 2000 years ago, to get your sense of what needs to be done.

In Christmas present, WE THE PEOPLE will need to realize WE ARE THE WORLD.  Our friends are watching, hoping for a brighter day.  So, let’s start living like Christmas future is a goal worth sharing by coming together to bridge what the president has termed, a Gulf of Mistrust.

What will you do to make a change?  What will you do to save our own lives? You can tweet us @YouthUSA, like us on Facebook.com/YouthAchieversUSA or call in during our live show 657-383-1405 Saturday, 12 noon ET, 11 am CT, 9 am PT.
