This week on Alchemist Radio hosts Bryan Levick and Mitch Ciccarelli speak to a great panel of guests who are making noise in their own particular way.
UFC flyweight Tank Scoggins may be just 21 years old, but he has a 9-0 record and has won both of his fights inside the Octagon. The ATT product just defeated Will Campuzano at UFC 171 and is a win or two away from knocking on Mighty Mouse's front door.
UFC creator Campbell McLaren has a new venture going these days. He is working on a reality series entitled "Combate Americas" which is airing on mun2. UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie is working with McLaren to find talented MMA fighters from South America.
UFC welterweight Tyron Woodley joins us once again, this time coming off a 2nd round TKO over Carlos Condit at UFC 171. Woodley is hoping that the victory will get him a title shot against new welterweight kingpin Johny Hendricks. Woodley talks about all of the UFC welterweight contenders and doesn't hold anything back in discussing why he should be the number one contender.
Greg Jackson joins us to talk about UFC 171 and how severe Condit's injury is. He will also discuss Woodley, Holly Holm, Jon Jones and his upcoming bout against Glover Teixeira and Diego Sanchez. We will also ask Jackson about his plans to roll out an MMA belt system similar to the ones used in BJJ, Karate, etc.
Tune in live at 7pm EST.
Tonight on Alchemist Radio we celebrate a very important milestone. Hosts Bryan Levick and Mitch Ciccarelli will celebrate the one year anniversary of the creation of Alchemist Radio.
Leading off the festivities will be “The Fight Scientist” Reed Kuhn as he will review last weekend’s UFC Fight Night 37 and preview Saturday night’s UFC 171 PPV where we will see the crowning of a new welterweight champion when Johny Hendricks faces Robbie Lawler.
Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson and his dad Ray have been on more than any other guest besides Reed since Mitch & I began working together on the air. The Thompson’s are more than just guests, they are family. Stephen is coming off a 1st round TKO victory over Robert Whittaker at UFC 170. His performance banked him an extra $50k and was his third straight victory inside the Octagon.
In the co-main event of UFC 171, the winner has a very good shot at facing whoever the new welterweight champion is. Tyron Woodley will face Carlos Condit in what is without a doubt the biggest fight of his career. He took time out of his busy schedule to speak to Alchemist even though he had instructed his assistant to not book anymore interviews. Its people like Woodley who help make this show what it is and we always appreciate the time they take out to speak to us.
Greg Jackson is a very busy man these days as he will be in Dallas cornering Diego Sanchez for his bout against Myles Jury and Carlos Condit for his fight with Woodley. At UFC 172 Jon Jones will face Glover Teixeira for Jones UFC light heavyweight championship. He will discuss his new MMA belt system that he’s about to roll out. The system works like any other martial arts belt system as trainees start off at one belt and work their way up the ladder.
Tune in at 7pm EST to listen live!!
"If you want to be a rock star or just be famous, then run down the street naked, you'll make the news or something. But is you want music to be your livelihood, then PLAY, PLAY, PLAY and PLAY! And eventually you'll get to where you want to be."

Greg has spent the past 35+ years playing guitar, the last 10 years with the Legendary Group Earth, Wind & Fire. -Michael Tafoya has been a loud, raw and completely original part of the Chicago and National music scene for more than 30 years. Michael first gained international attention with Epic Recording Artists, "The Boyzz from Illinoizz", releasing their album "Too Wild To Tame". National Tours followed with Aerosmith, Rush, REO Speedwagon and Judas Priest. Then in search of greener, creative pastures Michael formed "The B'zz" (The Boyzz, "America's Most Wanted"), went on to make an appearance on Dick Clark's American Bandstand, making history being the only unsigned act to perform in the show's 35 year run. Then filmed a video for MTV "Get Up, Get Angry", toured the country all while writing music prolifically. In 2002 Tafoya's Lost Boyzz, a new band with a new, yet classic sound was formed. There's no denying the echoes of Led Zepplin, Santana, The Doors, Audio Slave, Rush, hard core blues and even The Boyzz in The Lost Boyzz sound. But from the soul of Classic Rock, The Lost Boyzz have managed to forge a completely new and innovative sound.
