Today we are playing from our archives of of our favorite shows, Release and let go. We will be back live August 13th with our special guest Sherri Cortland. Sit back Release and Let Go and enjoy the show.
When we let go of trying to control things we have no control over including other people and external conditions, we immediately reclaim tons of energy. Not getting caught up in drama and distractions, we naturally move forward with ease through focusing our attention on our intentions.
This is the first step to, as Rebecca said; determine our destiny “by design, not by default”. With trust and faith, the practice of releasing becomes part of our daily regimen, our supercharged “spiritual multivitamins” that keep us centered and calm, knowing all is well. Fortified by the practice of letting go, we are free to experience whatever shows up, no longer at the mercy of what’s going on outside of us. Together we’ll harness the power of the mind, raise our vibe, and leave the rest to the universe to handle the details!
SHOW NOTES: Our episode today is, "GO BIG or GO HOME! (Except for with people, money and health.)"
You are the type of person who gets the job done! People admire your tenacity, focus and intensity! You are squared away and run a tight ship. You live life to the fullest and you work and play with glee and exuberance! You don’t have any regrets as you have left no stone unturned in ensuring your life is better than your dreams. In fact, you are often the person who is asked to handle the most intense and challenging work projects. Other people trust that your seemingly inexhaustible resources of energy and determination can make the impossible, possible. You love the big risk, big reward action!
No safety net, no submission to fear. You are addicted to the adrenaline rush of the biggest adventures in life. Start a business from scratch with no money, no connections and no credit? No problem. You are a believer in what is achievable with a well planned strategy and sheer will driving the execution plan. You have been rewarded for this zeal and extraordinary focus in work, in competition and in your personal pride in surpassing your goals!!
In fact, you often are confused by what you perceive to be the lack of desire and dedication in other people (‘how can they stomach giving such a half-hearted effort?!’). When you show up to the game of life, you come to win. You give everything that you have to everything that you do and you leave it all out on the field. These traits have served you well professionally, financially and in many aspects, psychologically. You are able to immerse yourself in your tasks and truly feel alive and inspired the majority of the time!
What could possibly be the problem with this fired up, passionate, aut
Are you living or just existing? Is emotional pain keeping you from living an Empowered life?
Did you know that the human response to hurt, painful experiences and general frustration in life is to hang onto them? Why? If you touch a hot handle on a pot or pan, you let go immediately. Yet over and over again, you continue to torture yourself with the things that sear your heart and soul.
The fact is, every new experience you have - good, bad or indifferent - becomes embedded in your brain. Unfortunately, those experiences can pop back up again at the most inopportune moments. Of the 50,000 thoughts you have every day, the negative ones will come to mind more often - and more quickly - than the positive ones - unless you learn to Empower yourself to let go.
Letting go of the past, letting go of the hurt, the frustration in life, the pain you've felt in your heart and soul is an Empowering experience in itself. But it takes practice and focused attention - time to retrain your brain - before the positive things will be first in line in your thought patterns.
How can you do that? It will require a dedication of purpose, a willingness to evolve into a more postive, Empowered person and a commitment of time, but you can do it.

Join me this week as I discuss how to know when to let go and how to move forward with my special guest Jennifer Hillman. It is never an easy process to let go of people, places or things but it is so often needed for our own growth and in order for us to better ourselves in every way. Jennifer is an Intuitive Life Coach /Psychic Adviser, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Hypnotherapist/NLP Practitioner. I can attest from first-hand experience that she can get to the heart of a situation one may be stuck in. Once that root is realized, one can then let go, begin to heal and move forward. One becomes empowered to make the changes that are needed! Empowering and inspiring is her joy and path and she enjoys connecting with people and nature with an open heart of compassion. She is a great intuitive coach and will have some fascinating advice to share with us.
Maryann will be accepting calls the last hour of the show. Call in at 1(714)888-7516. The show is sponsored by Rosalea and the members of The Psychic Meeting Place at www.pmp-advisors.com.
Jennifer can be found on any of her: JenniferHillman.com, the essences of her creations; AngelsIntuition.com, information and insights for finding your true self; AbstractIllusionsMedia.com, her multi-media production company, EmbracingSouls.com, her poetry.
