Are you aware that in 2012 CFPB issued a bulletin requiring all mortgage banks to monitor their relationships with vendors? If not, you are not alone. Even if you are aware of this, you will want to listen to today's broadcast, where we have as our guests two experts, Andy & Theresa Schell. They will be providing information about how to implement a program to comply with the new requirements for the Management of Service Providers.
The new CFPB rules aren’t necessarily as vigorous the OCC and FDIC requirements but the new CFB rules are modeled after them. In today’s session Andy and Theresa will talk about the following:
What is a “covered person” and “service provider” and why does it matter
Creating a Third Party Vendor management Program
Vendor Risk weighting, what is it?
What is a CFPB Service Provider?
Outsourcing Due Diligence
Vendor Service Level Agreement Requirements
Vendor Monitoring and Contingency Planning

Dan Borowiwicz is an instructor, 2nd Congressional District Director, Minnesota Fairtax. Dan knows HR25 and matters about taxation like few do and believes that HR 25, THE Fair Tax is a non partisan bill that really has everything in it that Democrats and other Americans of various persuasions want. He further believes, as many Fair Taxers do that without Democratic support HR 25 cannot be passed. Dan is a coalition builder. His arguments in favor of HR 25 regardless of your political persuasion are very compelling. If you have wondered what you can do to help move the bill forward you must participate in this discussion.

The show features my "character defects" pontificating and on everything from sex to drugs to rock-n-roll to relationships to male behavioral health. It’s a carnival of crazy cognitions and ideas and a roller coast ride of ridiculous outlooks on life. The wacky and quirky part is these guys may actually have something of value to say!
On tonights show...the guys respond to an email request from a frequent listener. Picking up on an Austrailian phrase, the guys discuss and tear apart the idea of a guy getting just a fair chance to succeed in bed, at the office, in the bar and more.
Due to technical issues the first 30 minutes of last weeks show was lost so Jad agreed to give it another go and spend a few minutes Thurday morning speaking with me regarding the new album out September 2nd on Joyful Noise Recordings "OVERJOYED" from JAD FAIR/HALF JAPANESE. The first release in 13 years. You can pre-order your copy now!
In the beginning art fairs were created and artists and art buyers flocked to attend. You were one of them. Your mother and your friends thought your work was wonderful and maybe they were right, so off you went to the marketplace. How did it go? Was it a triumph or a humbling experience?
A panel of beginner and experienced artists from various media discuss their "first time." What you will learn:
how they prepared
where they were, big or small fairs
how it impacted their lives
their biggest disappointments and their biggest surprises
learning from their own mistakes vs learning from other's mistakes
what they wish they had known then and how they used that information
the good, the bad and the really ugly
how to do three shows in three days and other extreme adventures
their #1 tip for a first time show
