Folks Donald Trump and his supporters really believe he can be the " President Of The United States " with out the Women and Minority vote ! I never seen anything like it, he believes after offending Women, Mexicans, African Americans, Muslims and people with disabilities, he is going to win ? The truth is Donald Trump has a strong 30% hold of zealous supporters who believe in his fear mongering, just my opinion personally ! Most of his supporters have not realize that its impossible for him to win with out the Hispanic vote, who happened to be the biggest minority sur- passing African Americans ! If they want to make there point and views heard " Congratulations " they have did that but at what cost ? I say this, the only way Donald Trump can be " President " is if he and they out right steal the election by " Fraud " ! Congratulations Hillary Clinton for being the first female " President Of The United States " and I Thank Donald Trump for making it so easy !

Last week: Emotional Balance, today 2/4 Spiritual Balance; next week 2/11 Physical Balance; 2/18 Mental Balance.
My favorite word is: Moderation in what ever we do. What I mean with Spritual Balance is to have something to look up to, for example Nature, Sounds, Yoga, God, Buddah, something where you can pull strength from.
Why is this so important? As a baby we had our parent(s) nurture us. As children, we made friends and enjoyed spending time with them, sharing, playing. As teens it started getting a bit more competitive, and as adults, we get lost at times, because the support we had has shifted in us, as we want to be self-sufficient, knowing the answers, being respected,
That's why we need a supreme being or something that grounds us, so we are balanced. Remember the muscle testing we did last week? Use it!
From my experience, my spritual life means being, doing, giving the best I can each and every day and get the strength and wisdom from above to know what it is. Ask yourself, what is it for you? Do you get guidance from somewhere you feel you want to tune in, listen, then head the thought, feeling, guidance you get? Do you feel a shift in your body, your mind, your soul? That's what a Spiritual Balance is for me. Then I test it and when it's solid, I follow the action to that thought.
Tonite we discussing adults who cant leave their parents home. The so call Baby Boy syndrom we will be exposing tonite. Feelings about decisions?
Stress Relieve: deep breathing....resting more and deeply
Weight Control: Food (eating less, healthier, more plant based foods; reduce or avoid sugars, read labels, no more than 10 - 11% of your caloric intake in Protein (plant or animal)
Do not loose weight, release it! Think, what happens when you loose something? Mind goes into search to find the item again!
Exercise, firm, tone, positive action words! Affirmations. Loving your body. Loving your looks. Knowing that beauty shines from within, then radiates to the outside!
Life Style Change: do it for 21 - 28 days, as this is the time it takes to form a new habit.
