Kelli Richards is the CEO of the All Access Group and host of All Access Radio. She has spent over 20 years forging innovative alliances between rock stars and tech geniuses; and driving the convergence of Silicon Valley, Hollywood & Madison Avenue through disruptive technologies and emerging business models.
Her guest this week is Freddy Clarke. Freddy is a Classical and Flamenco guitarist from Fresno, California. He has released 8 solo albums, his latest being his self-titled “Freddy Clarke,” which contains the hit track “Iphone therefore I am.” In addition to his solo work he has appeared on a number of other artist’s albums from all over the world. He is also a member of the multi-national group, Wobbly World, which features members from: Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Denmark, Iran, Morocco, Netherlands, Pakistan, Paraguay, Syria, Viet Nam & the U.S. They’ll be opening for Aerosmith at the Oracle Arena in Oakland on August 4th.

In 2007, Nikki joined the team of the Ethnic Umbrella, Canada’s most diverse community newspaper, as a columnist and public relations manager. In August 2008,Nikki was the recipient of the African Canadian Women’s Achievement Award for her work in the community and excellence in teaching.
Nikki founded internet tv/radio show AND THE BEAT GOES ON in 2008 and the same year started her Publicity/Public Relations Company ,Nikki Clarke Inc. Nikki is also publisher and author of her first design book, Bead 4 Health Collective Volume One, which was sold at various Chapters/Indigo/Coles Stores.
The Nikki Clarke Show was launched October 2012 . Nikki will be starting her Milestones Media Mentorship program in 2013 offering production and broadcasting training for at risk youth.

Our guest this morning is Freddy Zelaya.
Freddy was on our show a year ago to discuss those pesky hurricanes they experience in Florida.
Freddy has been the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Fort Lauderdale since April 2007.
He began his career in emergency management 15 years ago after Hurricane Andrew.
In 1998, he was given the opportunity to serve the community of Miami-Dade County working for the American Red Cross of Greater Miami and The Keys Chapter as a Human Resources and Volunteer Management Specialist.
Freddy then went on to work for Seaboard Marine as a Human Resources Specialist and had the opportunity to assist with the aftermath of 9/11 in New York City.
In 2002, he returned to the American Red Cross of Greater Miami as Disaster Management Coordinator and was then recruited to work for the City of Fort Lauderdale as the Emergency Management Coordinator.
His responsibilities include: Mitigation, Planning, Response and Recovery of all Hazardous materials within the City of Fort Lauderdale.
