Hosts Kevin Hunter and David Ford discuss how every business is the same. All businesses need certain things in place in order to survive. The biggest element is systems to run their business. McDonalds is the greatest example of how the system sells the business. Eighteen year old kids can run a McDonalds restaurant and make it produce billions per year because the company has produced a fool-proof system that can be duplicated by employees all around the world.
Hosts Kevin Hunter and David Ford have a little fun with comparing business to binocular soccer. Imagine trying to run a business with no vision, no clear idea of where you're headed, or no ability to see where you're going in business... Actually, 97% of business owners run their businesses just like this, which is why they don't see a 10-year business anniversary. As a business owner, you need to take off the binoculars and see things from a fresh perspective so you can actually make a positive difference in your business.

In this episode of the overcome your limits radio show, Christopher E Powell interviews Author and Anti-Bullying Speaker about her story and about her special relationship with a unique canine companion.
Gabrielle Ford never dreamed that a long-eared coonhound could change her life. But that’s just what happened when she cared for her ailing pet Izzy and found the voice to help others in need as a nationally-known motivational speaker. Today Gabe’s incredible story has drawn media attention from The Today Show, Cosmopolitan Magazine and Animal Planet, among others. Her 2009 autobiography Still Dancing shares even more of the inspirational details from her life as a way to encourage others that anything is possible.
As a child, Gabrielle loved dance and dreamed of becoming a prima ballerina. That dream was shattered by a rare genetic neuromuscular disease, Friedreich’s Ataxia which would eventually place her in a wheelchair. Gabe not only struggled with the devastation of the illness, but also endured constant and cruel bullying from classmates. The constant torment took her on a path of depression and isolation.
That all changed when Izzy, a long-eared coonhound pup, entered Gabe’s life and landed them on Animal Planet TV. Izzy became Gabe’s best friend and constant companion. When this special friend mysteriously developed a condition mirroring Gabe’s, Gabe re-entered the world to get Izzy the best treatment available.
Speaking out for the voiceless Izzy gave her the courage to speak out for another voiceless group: the thousands of children bullied in American schools every day.
Failure is something nobody is immune to. In fact, the world's most successful people have failed more than anyone. It is that unwavering dedication to what they believe in that drives them to keep finding a way, until they do.
Join Kevin Hunter and David Ford as they discuss how to turn failure into success.
Every day, another business owner closes the doors of their business for the last time. Why? Because the truth is that business is very hard, and this statement is supported by the 96% statistic of business owners that never make it to a 10 year anniversary. The good news is that you don't have to be on the wrong side of this statistic. What we've learned is that with good written goals and objectives, a sound strategic plan in place, and your own willingness to step outside of your comfort zone, you can give yourself a 75-80% chance of success.
On The Business Forum Show, we focus on the challenges of business, and the things that keep you awake at night. That's why our stories are so relatable, because every business owners suffers from very similar things.

Francis Watch V: The Direction of the Bergoglio Revolution
After taking a slight detour to comment on the "canonizations" on last month's show, we return with a show packed full of news stories and bold statements from Bergoglio and his revolutionaries which paint a clear picture of which direction the Bergoglio revolution is heading. The usual suspects have had a lot to say over the last two months, and we will cover them all in depth with the usual razor sharp analysis.
On tap for this episode: * Statements of the Bergoglian revolutionary frontman Walter Kasper that Francis is not a liberal, but a radical who is set upon "renewing" Catholicism in his own image and likeness. * More comments and fine-tuning of what changes are coming down the pike at the Synod on "hot-button" topics such as the understanding of marriage: "second marriages," contraception, accepting the divorced and re-married, their reception of the sacraments, and reinterpreting the understanding of adultery. * The Jerusalem Visit * Priestly celebacy and paving the way for married clergy. * Bergoglio's visit with Patriach Bartholomew, and a "new situation for the Petrine Ministry" * More Francis-isms given to us such as: "the dictatorship of narrow thoughts," "majestically dressed clergy," and "rigid Catholics." * Updates on more strictures for the Franciscans of the Immaculate. * Francis' baptism of Martians. * Francis' Marxist redistribution of wealth. * Maradiaga's outline on Francis' new way of governing. * And much more!
