Michelle Rowan is the president of Franchise Business Review, a market research and consulting company specializing in franchisee and customer satisfaction, as well as franchise relations issues. After working in the hospitality and telecommunications industries, she joined Franchise Business Review in 2005 as the first full-time employee. Over the last nine years, Rowan has worked with over 800 franchise systems. She is an active member of the International Franchise Association and a Certified Franchise Executive. The main reason that iDropped has been so successful is that consumers don't want to be without a cell phone for long, so they'll gladly drop it off for an hour to get fixed while running other errands.

Mary Kennedy Thompson became president of Mr. Rooter Corporation in October 2006. Mary came to Mr. Rooter from national franchisor Cookies by Design, where she was president of the franchisor corporation. She came into the franchising industry as a franchisee first when in 1994, when she opened a Cookies by Design® franchise in Austin, Texas. In the next three years she opened two additional locations. As a multi-unit franchise owner, Mary led the company in market penetration and sales, earning awards for “Top Performer, “Outstanding Customer Service” and “Masters Award”.
In 2003 she earned her certified Franchise Executive certification from the International Franchise Association. Promoted to President of the company in 2004, Mary’s initiatives resulted in alliances with universal Studios, a new web site that provided an immediate increase in sales, and renewed franchisee/franchisor relations.
At the end of her first year as president of Mr. Rooter Corporation, U.S. Business Review selected Mary as one of its 2007 Editor’s Choice Executives of the Year. Today Mr. Rooter is the fastest growing plumbing franchise with more than 336 locations worldwide.
In 2014 Mary was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Dwyer Group while also retaining her current role as President of Mr. Rooter. As Executive Vice President she provides support to the CEO in the daily activities and operations of the company and its subsidiary brands.

Mr. Seiber’s extensive experience within the franchise community led to his contention that the franchise industry was lacking a financial partner that truly understood the funding needs of franchisors and their franchisees. This was the genesis of FranFund, which was formed in 2006.
Mr. Seiber’s prior franchise experience includes co-founding FranChoice, a franchise consultation service for prospective franchisees, in 1999. Before that he served as Regional Director for Great Clips, Inc. where he assisted franchisees with critical functions in real estate, store construction, recruiting, operations, marketing and financing. Mr. Seiber began his franchise career with Domino's Pizza Inc. at the height of the company's expansion in 1981. By 1985, he was responsible for the system operations, growth and performance of over 200 Domino's Pizza corporate and franchise units in the Midwest.
Mr. Seiber now serves on several corporate and advisory boards in the franchise industry. He and his wife Sherri live in Fort Worth, TX.
