Ohio State basketball has struggled at times this season, and now could potentially miss the NCAAs entirely if a few things don't go their way. Michigan, Michigan State and Nebraska have also failed to meet expectations. Why? We chat with BT Powerhouse to catch up on all things Big Ten basketball, including why big teams haven't played as well, who makes the tournament, who can get things fixed in time, and more
Ohio State basketball hasn't hit their second half stride like they had over the last two seasons, and they're another bad loss from landing on the bubble. What happened? We chat with CBS Sports' Sam Vecenie to discuss whether this team has been a disapointment, whether they have a chance at turning things around, the NBA prospects of anybody on this team not named D'Angleo Russell, the rest of the Big Ten, and Thad Matta's legacy (and why fans taking shots at him are dumb).

Our hot topic tonight will be the state of college basketball -- is the game in decline and if so, how can it be fixed? Officiating seems to be the number 1 suggestion, so let us know your thoughts.
Also - tonight we will have our first Faceoff, a new weekly feature where our co-hosts debate a topic and you, the listeners get to decide who presented the stronger case. Sometimes the topics will be very serious and other times they'll be a bit more light-hearted. Tonight's Faceoff - "Is fishing a sport?" (this ought to be fun!)
Please join us on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, 12 noon - 12:30 p.m. on our podcast for Part 2 of our two part program "Ending And Surviving Human Trafficking In The State Of Florida." Joining our special guest from Part 1 (Dotti Groover-Skipper) is Niki Cross. Niki is the Founder and President of S.T.A.A.R. Ministry Corporation, (Stop The Abuse And Rescue). She’s a speaker, writer, and survivor of abduction and kidnapping by a former boyfriend at the age of 15. Niki was held against her will and repeatedly assaulted by her abductor and others, until escaping. Realizing how self-destructive her anger and silence had been, it became apparent healing was necessary and the journey began. Her first rescue was over twenty years ago, before it was a popular cause, and often faced ridicule for ministering to women that had been exploited and trafficked. Niki shares her story when asked, but doesn’t want it to be all about her. “Survivors have a responsibility to encourage others going through the same trials. To let them know there is life beyond abuse. It’s never too late for the hurt to heal. Once a victim, now victorious.” Niki mentors several women including many that have been referred through law enforcement and was able to open the first and only safe house in Pinellas County, Florida in 2014.
