Bernard Jennings Joins us to discuss Florida politics
TONIGHT 9P- It's MONDAY MONEY and this evening we are discussing recent mayham in Florida. This year, party goers took spring break fun to the next level drawing tons of unwanted attention to cities across the Sunshine State. Alcohol, drugs, guns and sex were at the center of it all. Lewd and lascivious behavior or simply exaggerated perspective of young adults just trying to have fun? We want to hear from you. Dial 917-889-3926 to comment LIVE. REAL TALK. REAL PEOPLE. On the March 26, 2015 episode of Liberal Dan Radio:
Ted Cruz has announced his candidacy. I will explain why he shouldn't be President because of one simple fact. I will also explain why that one simple fact has nothing to do with his place of birth.
Indiana and California are dealing with some very disturbing anti-gay legislation. I will go into each of those topics and give my opinion on them.
I will also be talking to my fellow Disney freak Kaden. Kaden lives in Florida and is very concerned about a new bathroom law that is being pushed in Florida and the impact it would have on transfolk like himself.
Those topics, headlines, tweet of the week, and more at 8pm Central on Liberal Dan Radio, Talk From The Left, That's RIght.

Join us this evening as we expose the persecution and false charges levied against Cary Crittendon in California. Cary is currently held at Elmwood Correctional Facility charged with parole violations (non-specific). A May 4th hearing has been scheduled to allow the prosecutor time to fabricate other charges. The intent? To sentence Cary to a long period in prison for exposing the corruption of a sitting judge with a long history of corruption.
Later in the show: Doug Franks will join us to talk about the recent victim's symposium that took place in Florida where families that had been targeted had an actual opportunity to speak at length about the abuses they had endured at the hands of predatory guardians and the infamous BAR Association, along with the corruption of the probate courts facilitated by hand-picked "judges".
Should be an interesting show!

Please join us on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, 12 noon - 12:30 p.m. on our podcast for Part 2 of our two part program "Ending And Surviving Human Trafficking In The State Of Florida." Joining our special guest from Part 1 (Dotti Groover-Skipper) is Niki Cross. Niki is the Founder and President of S.T.A.A.R. Ministry Corporation, (Stop The Abuse And Rescue). She’s a speaker, writer, and survivor of abduction and kidnapping by a former boyfriend at the age of 15. Niki was held against her will and repeatedly assaulted by her abductor and others, until escaping. Realizing how self-destructive her anger and silence had been, it became apparent healing was necessary and the journey began. Her first rescue was over twenty years ago, before it was a popular cause, and often faced ridicule for ministering to women that had been exploited and trafficked. Niki shares her story when asked, but doesn’t want it to be all about her. “Survivors have a responsibility to encourage others going through the same trials. To let them know there is life beyond abuse. It’s never too late for the hurt to heal. Once a victim, now victorious.” Niki mentors several women including many that have been referred through law enforcement and was able to open the first and only safe house in Pinellas County, Florida in 2014.

State and federal authorities have arrested three members of the Ku Klux Klan — all of whom either work, or have worked, for Florida’s troubled prison agency — on charges of conspiring to kill a former prison inmate, prosecutors say.
Arrested Thursday were Thomas Jordan Driver, 25, David Elliot Moran, 47, and Charles Thomas Newcomb, 42, according to a news release from the state Attorney General’s Office. All three face charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Prosecutors say Driver and Morgan work for the Department of Corrections. Newcomb was a former prison employee who was let go during his probation period.
Join us for important up-to-date information on the attempts in Florida to restrict anchoring!
Florida Senate Bill 1548 titled “An Act Related to Vessel Safety”, addresses many valid safety issues related to the anchoring of derelict boats. However, it also contains controversial proposals limiting boaters’ ability to anchor in areas “within 200 feet of developed waterfront property” from one hour past sunset until one hour before sunrise.
The Seven Seas Cruising Association leads a team that includes AGLCA, BoatUS and the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) in the fight against pending restrictions on the right to anchor in Florida.
Joining us to talk about SSCA and their efforts in Florida is Dave Skolnick. Dave is a naval architect and marine engineer, a communications professional, and the immediate Past President of SSCA. He works as a member of the SSCA Concerned Cruisers' Committee (CCC) to support cruisers' rights. Dave owns Auspicious Works in Annapolis, Maryland providing communications and navigation equipment services and delivery support to cruisers.
We'll also be joined by David Doyle, an AGLCA member who is a waterfront landowner in Florida. He'll share his opinion on the issue.
